I was interested in covering the fascia and water cap to my decorative balcony as the wood had began to rot. I contacted Pat and he responded to my inquire within 1-2 days. He spoke to me about the process and the options available. BlackStar offered the best price for the job and was able to schedule me in for the following week. Blackstar came the day they said they were, completed the job, and cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with the quality of work, communication from ownership, and conduct of the installer. I will definitely be using their services again and referring them to others.

He guaranteed me come the following day the installation crew would be there by 10 am and they were. Their skill and workmanship was A+ as evident by the finished project. They tidied up, packed their service truck and headed off . You would never even have known the front lawn had been a worksite throughout the day. Blackstar Aluminum performed a complete replacement of all eavestroughs, soffit, downpipes and installed AluRex Double Pro gutter guards. (Install performed August 2022). The Blackstar team was amazing! Tony from sales was polite, knowledgeable, communicative and very patient. Tony revised the quotation for me several times as I kept changing my mind on the scope of work and which product to use. Once I decided on the scope of work, Tony helped to choose the right color for the materials that matched the windows and garage doors. Tony quickly made arrangements to schedule the work and the work commenced as promised. The entire installation team was efficient, collaborative, experienced and diligent from start to finish. Mike/Matt squared off the front roof gables which added a nice detail and complimented the square eavestroughs (Awesome job guys!). Dado, equally did an awesome job with all the square downpipes. All the downpipe are level and solid. (Thanks Dado, great job!).Furthermore, Blackstar Aluminum was the only company to offer and install square eavestroughs and downpipes as an alternative to the K" style eavestroughs and downpipes.Thanks to Pat as well

From start to finish I was very happy with the service and the workmanship. The sales person, Pierre was very thorough in his quotation. He made suggestions and explained the work that would be done. He showed up on time and was very professional. The crew was also excellent. They met with me before the work was done. The job site was left clean. The workmanship was excellent. I am very happy and would not hesitate recommending Blackstar Aluminum to friends and family.

I spoke to the owner of this company regarding one of his drivers talking or texting on his cell phone on Taunton Rd June 21,2023 @ 3:30 PM. The owner brushed off the call and informed me that I was wasting his time. I hope everyone who deals with this company knows the lack of safety concerns and total disregard of the law is with the owner and truck driver of this company. I for one will never use this company.

I had contacted blackstar aluminum to redo the gutters and downspouts for our semi-detached property. The existing gutters were slopped towards a downspout that went directly underground. The previous home owners had attempted to redirect that downspout incorrectly which was resulting in water pooling towards the foundation. Tony was very helpful and provided great advice during the planning process. The work was done on time and the finished product was excellent. Highly recommend this team.

Blackstar installed new eavestroughs and downpipes on our house last year, and they look and work great. A year later, I noticed that a piece of one downpipe had disappeared (presumably stolen!). I contacted Pat to have it replaced; the next day, they replaced it at no cost.The service provided by Blackstar was exemplary, and I would highly recommend the company to anyone. My wife and I heard about them from our friends, who were also very satisfied with Blackstar’s service.
