The clothes are nice, but the customer service wasn't great. We were shopping for a funeral outfit and my friend wasn't in the mood for shopping at all. They only gave us one item at a time (so my friend was quickly tired of dressing and redressing), didn't ask questions or make many suggestions... As a retail worker, I understand how important it is to ask questions and follow up, especially when someone is shopping for such a difficult occasion. I hope it was just a fluke.

I have been a customer for more than a decade. After seeing first hand how the employees are treated I will never buy anything from here again.My daughter was hired a few months back. For the last six weeks she was scheduled but then would have her shifts canceled 2 hours before. Still an employee she was then told that she couldn’t use her discount because she hadn’t worked in a month in front of other customers in the store. I myself was treated horribly for no other reason that I can think of other than it was my daughter they were treating horribly.The manager is really a piece of work and shouldn’t be in management at all.

I cannot say enough good things about this store and the employees that work here! They are just so incredible and SO kind! During a highly stressful time, only one week out from my wedding, Hala went ABOVE and BEYOND to not only help me in my frantic state, but also helped my dad with finding a suit jacket that he needed to purchase that same day, and she was so kind, gracious and patient with him. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service and for any future needs I will definitely be going to this location.

Great, helpful and friendly staff. The associate that helped my husband by a suit was very knowledgeable. This location has an excellent selection and we will shop here again! Thank you!

Had a wonderful experience shopping for my tall man today. Our local big and tall store has closed so we had to make the trip from out of town.We worked with Hala today. She offered her expert opinion and guidance. We walked out with everything that we needed and found some great deals along the way. Thanks so much for your help!

I have been a few times and have always been welcomed warmly and promptly by staff. The gentleman who helped me today was amazing; very friendly and cheerful. I explained what I was looking for and sizes, and he spent a good amount of time looking for stock and offering suggestions. He was never over bearing and allowed me to shop at my pace.Another associate offered me advice on hemming a pair of trousers that I purchased. She mentioned that they tend to get shorter after the first wash and to avoid hemming them until after that. Once I got home and it was even listed on the label and they could have been ruined.Both associates knew their products perfectly, and it saved me time and potentially money over all.This is why I keep coming back. The clothes are quality and the employees are amazing.

I’m impressed went into store to by a suit for a wedding the store service was amazing . Within 10 mins found the perfect suit and perfect fit , except for the shirt colour in my size but got to try on other shirt colours to be able to get the right size I need to order that will be showing up at my door in 5 days . Only draw back was with all there other selections of clothing had to pick up a couple other casual shirts .

I bought online and ordered an item the wrong size. I found out I could exchange it at a store. Found a store on Sunday in Cambridge. The clerk let me enter the store a few minutes early. I was taken to where the items were kept and found a rainbow of colors. My Johnny cash look turned into Johnny Flash!! All three clerks were so friendly and attentive. The experience was FUN. Definitely will be back for more. I highly recommend this store and staff. TEN stars. Last sunday was my third trip to the store. I was greeted by the staff exactly as I was the first two visits. Amazing!!! I have never been happier shopping. Another 10 stars
