Captain hook is an affordable solution to all towing needs drivers and staff are very friendly and professional just ned to update there hours of operation for office hours as it says they are open at 730 but really its 8 am and will take a few minutes after that to get you in and helped out I used preferred towing before and was swindled by the owner as they would not give a price prior to pick up and didn't get my go ahead yet did the tow and tried to take me for almost 500 for a job that Captain hook would have done for 105 dollars flat so in sarnai area use this company they are honest and will let you know the cost prior to doing anything

I live in Sarnia and bought a classic car in London. The car didn’t run. They gave me a very reasonable price to pickup the car and drop it off back at my house. They had a really nice flatbed truck, were very professional, quick, and careful with the car. Would definitely book this service again for my next project.

Worst company ever wanted go give 0 but that is not a option. My daughter was hit last night in sarnia, wasn't given a choice who she wanted to tow the car they just picked it up and left .when we went to get it today they charged us over $700 (for it to be there over night )it is a total rip off .They should be called captain crook towing not captain hook. They were so rude to us to when we went to get the car they would only take cash no credit card or debit card even though the door said they would take both.I will be reporting them to the better business Bureau today a company that extort money from people .The CAA driver said they charge around $300 .Stay clear from this company they shouldn't even be in business if they are ripping people off .

The one who showed was very friendly. He was young but, he knew what he was doing . I would recommend this company. It's local in sarnia and they do a very good job. Their charges are really cheep. Good luck to you guys!

Great service will use them again

They towed my car to their lot, stored it for 1 hour, and charged me $142. The receptionist was nice but I feel I was overcharged. Do not deal with company if at all possible.

Captain Hook was there to help us at the last minute! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Will use again if needed.

Everything! Worst place I’ve ever had to deal with, for one they say there services are available 24/7, we have two storage lockers here, balance is fully paid up we are not in arrears with them, every time we call to see if access the unit to get some of our needed property it’s a no. It’s a no on the weekend all weekend long, so never ask. It’s a no on a Friday at 1pm, cause they are just heading out, it’s a no on Monday morning for no excuses even giving. There’s a girl who works there who has a full time job of picking up a phone and saying no. It’s so bad I’ve informed my lawyer of this like something has to be done here.

We called Captain Hook Towing today after going in a deep ditch the previous night. They were quick to arrive and fairly priced. The lady who answered our call was very polite, as were the drivers. We're very pleased with their service. First time customers and will use again is necessary (but hopefully not).
