En mi opinión fuen una estancia agradable, el personal fue muy amable. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí. Fueron muy atentos y un trato cálido.

Nothing like the pictures showed, this place looked abandoned when we showed up. Absolutely no one staying except our group so we were very leary. The front sliding doors were locked and the front desk clerk attempted to open them but had to manually force them open. The bar and restaurant were both closed with no mention of this on their website. Rooms were very outdated and a variety of issues with all our rooms. Location was great for where we were going but a very sketchy area. All vending machines were empty. Absolutely a horrible experience which I find odd as I usually enjoy Days Inn hotels.

Staff were argumentative, created confrontation, and were quick to anger. They are illegally taking drivers license information and copying/storing in digital system, which is not allowed (they can only use to verify your identify visually). Saw them call another customer stupid" and argue with them because they hadn't read a sign. The building and rooms themselves are horrible. Smell. No air circulation. Dirty. Booked a trip through Expidea, came to the hotel and they sold my room to someone else saying it was canceled, called expidea to check on their end, it was not canceled, they took my money, left me on the street at 2:00am in the morning if Canada's day, the lady was very rude who works the night shift, never go here, save yourself!

Staff goes above and beyond. Kerri and her staff are like a second family now. We would stay here again!

It is so bad here. The main guy at check-in needs a hug, clearly. Not a happy fellow. It was unfriendly from the start. The rooms are falling apart and they smell. There’s no air circulation in the rooms or main areas. The layout of the place is strange and none of it makes sense. Apparently they monitor how much ice your allowed from the 1 working ice machine in the whole place. They have “a pool and hot tub”…I wouldn’t let my dog go into either. Everything is either broken or closed. The washrooms in the rooms are disgusting and moldy. Please do yourself a favour and find somewhere else - anywhere else.

The worst hotel I’ve been in years , smells terrible rooms are so old and filthy, You better sleep in your car. Rooms are totally gross.

Staff were nice. Hallways and rooms smelled bad and nothing really felt clean. Beds are not comfortable. Sheet kept coming off and touching the mattress felt absolutely disgusting. Definitely would not stay here again. I only booked here because absolutely nothing else was available. Price of the rooms was way too much considering what you get and what the hotel looks like.

We were referred to this hotel by the red cross, because our bloc apartment was set on fire. Arriving on site we were treated very badly. Director were very aggressive and starts yelling at me if i have a card or a reservation. After feeling unwelcome, I said the sentence wow nice reception" The offended manager yells at me and says that she knew that the red cross was problems so in addition to the bad welcome we were being judged because of our situation. Directly she kicks me out of the hotel with my girlfriend and our 6 month old baby at 1 am by calling the police and lied to them. No way to argue with her. Shout at his employee because she was sympathetic to me. In short
