Overall, we were so happy with the service and all the ladies were very nice and professional. When we first came called, she took time to answer all of questions and was very honest with what she thought was the best idea given our move in requirements for deep cleaning. The job was 8 hours and they never took a break and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. Will use this service again!

We requested a deep clean of my grandmothers house. (Kitchen, Bathroom and Living area) Maryna was on time and worked tirelessly for 3.5 hours. We were extremely pleased with the results. Highly recommend their services!

I had house cleaning from Tatyana and Olga of VP Cleaning Services. They were fantastic! They produced immaculate results with the stove and bathroom that other cleaners had never been able to achieve before. I will definitely use them both again and on a regular basis now. Excellent job!

The lady, I believe she’s the owner, was really nice however, we got the deep cleaning but the cleaners missed spots and we felt the price was too expensive for the level of service received so we wouldn’t use this company again.

I called VP cleaning on Saturday and they were able to send someone out for Monday morning. Marina arrived with all her supplies and got right to work. Our bathroom has never sparkled so much. She was very detailed oriented and worked extremely hard. We will be using there services again in the near future.

My experience with VP Cleaning Services has been fantastic right from the first email communication through to the first cleaning appointment.Lyuba, the Manager took the time to make sure I understood their process and answered all my questions whenever I had them leading yo to my first cleaning service.The cleaning team was Elena and Anna and they arrived on time all prepared for their first cleaning appointment with me. They worked non-stop for the 3.5 hours they were here for and did a fantastic job. I appreciated that they took the time to do a walk-through of the floors they would be cleaning. We have a three level house and only needed the main floor and second floor cleaned. They were thorough and did an after cleaning walk-through with me. The house smelled and looked lovely and clean when they left. I also received a follow up phone call from the Manager moments after the cleaning team, which I thought was a nice touch.Thank you, ladies!

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with VP Cleaning Services. I had a small kitchen fire and was in a panic as my parents were coming to stay with me and there was ash everywhere. I was really worried about it all staining and after 4hrs of cleaning I only made it out of the kitchen. I called multiple cleaning services but only ever got voicemails, however when I called VP Cleaning Services, I got to speak directly to the manager Lyuba. Lyuba was so nice and helpful, she heard my story and had me send pictures to ensure her team could help. I explained the urgency and she got a team of ladies, Diana and Nerigna, out to my place the very next day; a Saturday. Lyuba explained because it was ash it would likely take longer, so she quoted me 6hrs, but assured me that if not all the time was needed she would not charge me for the extra time. From right after our first call Lyuba got everything organized, sent me a quote, and kept in contact with updates, check-ups, and confirmation. Diana and Nerigna showed up right on time and did an amazing job, the entire house sparkled and they really got every nook and cranny. They worked diligently and made sure to ask me for an specifics in terms of what to clean and if there was anything extra I needed such as windows (glass, screens, blinds). Through the service and after they were completed Lyuba check in with me to ensure everything was going well and to ensure I was happy with the clean itself.This was truly an EXCELLENT experience. From customer service to the clean itself. I highly recommend VP Cleaning Services and I will be using them again and agin going forward. You will not be disappointed. 10/10 without a doubt.
