The doctors there should be stripped from their license. They swore the hipocrit oath instead of the Hippocratic oath. Avoid at all cost! Also if you have a business that interacts with this establishment please treat them like the garbage they are...

We are with Dr Piche. Awesome doctor and caring. Yes it’s hard to get emergency appointment, but no different than at another pediatric clinic.

( Dr Piché is excellent) but if you need an emergency appointment, good luck...very disappointing; You can ONLY call at 8:15am and have to keep calling until someone picks up! Most of the time no one picks up and an answering machine tells you « the emergency is full »

Worst customer service ever seen.Waiting on the line for 15 min to hear a msg that no more emergency appointments for this dayI can't wait to hear that the doctors moved to another clinic who treat patients as humans and be able to reach a doctor in a reasonable time

Hard to have an emergency appointement, you have to call early morning at 8h15..by 8h17 they are full. Receptionnist is rude .. my son had otitis for the fifth time and only got checked by his peditrician once .. i had to run around and find him a doctor everytime he's sick... So what is the point to have a peditrician that can never take in their patient for emergency or have to wait 2 months for the next apointement?? Verry disapointed !!!!

Very rude customer service. They do not understand that many people cannot learn french fast and need to communicate in english. They brutally refuse to speak in english as we are not living in Canada but just Quebec. Not friendly at all. Giving 2 stars because of my childs doctor who is better among them till now.

Excellent doctors, but they have the worst management for the appointments, we arrived 5 minutes in advance, we wait for 2 hours.If you call, it is the worst nightmare, very poor customer service.

WORT RECEPTION EVER!!!! The doctor is fine. But if you need to reach out for her, better wait for another life. Because You can't make an appointment through the email, you can't do it on person and even harder to use the phone. They DONT ANSWER IT. EVER! Like, I mean it. The lines open at 8:15. But if you call 8:15 they are not ready. If you call 8:16 the phone will ring forever. What are they doing there? My son has otitis and its impossible to talk to someone. This is so absurd. I used one star because you can't use negative stars

This clinic is nice and doctors are great but the their appointment system sucks and they have 2 secretaries have no customer service skills what so ever. They are rude and barely talk to you. They never say one moment please and thats when you get the line. They never say hi, they are honestly a disgrace to secretaries especially in the medical field. i want to change clinics just because they’re appointment system which is only by phone is horrible and the most unprofessional secretaries i’ve ever encountered.

Receptionists are very rude. tried to take an appointment for my 11 months old baby who has been having a fever, called at 8:15 am .. nobody answered.. kept calling until 8:20.. they finally answered saying that the emergency is full!!!!!... and they Hang up on your face.. !! what a service.. will be looking to transfer my three kids to a different clinic
