Baristas are pretty slow at making orders on off hours, I came at 8pm. I only knew that 1 person order in front of me and 3 people behind. The 3 people behind me got their order first so I had to ask the barista where my order was. They lost my order and I had to wait 25 minutes for my order.However, the drinks are still good and I have no issues with the food.

Their frappuccino is very watery, not just for today. I believe they blend it too much. My hubby said coffee is good though. No more frappuccino here

Horrible experience at this location. I visited this location on Monday November 21st 2022 at 08:35 PM and they refused to provide me regular coffee (pike place) and they give me option of one kind of coffee dark roast based on availability.I’m not sure if Starbucks has lowered their standards or this location staff are not up to standards. I requested if possible to brew a pot of pike place and I was turned down. I double checked with staff if it’s Starbucks policy to stop making or refusing customers requests 25 minutes before closing and I did not get a clarification.I hate to complain but this is unacceptable and has repeated in the past. Some days the store closes early or lock up 15 minutes prior to hours listed online/ location google page. I’ve been a regular customer at this location for years and witnessed decline in customer service.some employees need some training and coaching to private better services.Hopefully this message gets to the write person to improve quality services and customer satisfaction.Best regards,

Location is walk in only without drive through window. Did you know prices differ little by little depending on locations when ordering from mobile app? This particular location isn’t on the more expensive side so it is definitely a plus. But yeah, as others said service was slow at times. Something that can be improved but otherwise a solid place with good friendly service and consistent quality overall.

Worst location ever !!!! The workers are unprofessional and they don’t know how to make the drinks properly I always have to go back and ask them to make it again so I no longer will be going here.

I ordered a chai tea latté and i noticed that They make their tea lattés very watery so make sure to say no water if you ever trust ordering their teas not to be tasting like bland liquid.
