I was here to drop trailer on 9 jan 2023 at 10:20pm and there was a next level idiot on gate phone security . Disconnected my call 3 times and speaking too rudely everytime… very disappointing

Do not use. We requested lift gate service for two pallets. After 4 missed pickup windows on their end across 4 days, they sent a second non liftgate truck to pickup the shipment. Thankfully a neighbor allowed us to hire their forklift to load the shipment and avoid further delays on what scheduled as a two day something.Zero accountability from the dispatcher and every promise they made regarding pickup times was broken. In total it took over 20 calls to get the shipment picked up.
