I'm writing this review exactly after one year we come to our new home.We cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with Esquire Homes. From the 1st day they were amazing and went out of their way to assist my wife and I through the building process. We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions, but were encouraged to make decisions about our home that we would enjoy.Mike is doing a great job, and we appreciate him going the extra mile for us. He has made sure our all the problems we are facing with our new house fixed right away.I would highly recommend Esquire Homes Homes to anyone looking to build a new home. You will be 100% satisfied with your decision.

Highlights: Excellent customer service, communication, and commitment to home owners even after 10 years and beyond Tarion warranty periodWe bought our Esquire-built home brand new and have lived there for 10 years. We recently noticed an issue with the balcony that led to a leak that rotted the plywood. We reached out to Esquire for help and they were incredibly responsive and service-oriented even though we were a few years past our Tarion warranty. They didn't have to prioritize our issue, but they still replied promptly and with a genuine interest in getting the problem solved. Their service manager, Michael Luciano, was beyond professional, communicative, and kept us updated while co-ordinating the repair among multiple workers even while he was on vacation. His Esquire team, Ottavio and Louis (I hope I've spelled their names correctly!) did a wonderful job on the balcony and their roofers from Trudel & Sons did great work as well. We purchased our custom home in Pickering from Esquire Homes. The entire process from initial design, construction, pre-delivery inspection and final delivery was handled in a very professional and courteous manner. PDI and after-sales service handled by Mike Luciano and his team was just amazing. My spouse I would rate Esquire Home a 5 star builder for new homes and are planning to buy another home from Esquire for our son this year.

Our experience with Esquire Homes has been a very positive one. Working with a management team especially with Michael and Carmella which is quite accommodating and sensitive to our needs. What a concept! Their professionalism shows in management, quality of work, punctuality and customer service. Rob has been very supportive as well.

I'm writing this review for our first home purchase in Bowmanville for our house that closed in 2021. Esquire delivered our home during very challenging times of the COVID 19 Pandemic. The whole process went very smooth from the transactional stage, design consultation with Carmela and finally the closing.What sets Esquire apart from any other builder is the quality of workmanship and materials used, they don't cheap out.Lastly, the customer service and warranty service is 10 out 10. Michael and his team are responsive, professional and very reasonable to deal with.
