The experience we had with Omega Flames was absolutely 5 star. We worked with Ian, who was incredibly knowledgable and was so responsive. He worked hard to find us the perfect fireplace and we could not be happier. The installation was done by Arek who was so kind and helpful! I’m so pleased with my lovely Valor Windsor Portrait Arch gas fireplace! Ian and his team were a pleasure to work with: pleasant and communicative -and the final result was beautiful. It was a challenging install due to the extra framing that had to be done before the engine unit could be installed but Ian offered skilled and knowledgeable advisement. Another company said there wasn’t enough clearance for safe venting between my house and the neighbour’s, and couldn’t install at all, but Ian knew the code and the specs on this unit very well, and so we could move forward with confidence. Omega wasn’t the cheapest quote but also not the highest. I highly recommend Omega Flame, and will gladly do business with them again.

Great customer service from Ian. He knows so much about gas fires and guided us to the perfect Valor with the heat shift system which is perfect for our TV. Very competitive pricing. I would highly recommend Omega Flames!

Ian and his installer Arek were great. Ian walked us through the options and inspected the install location to make sure everything would work. Arek was friendly and cleaned up the work area when he was done. We had a follow -up question on a weekend and within minutes Ian had the answer for us. I would highly recommend them.
