I have been a client of Urban Smiles for about 6 or 7 years.Each visit is the same. They are friendly, efficient and listen to your concerns.Dr. Livingstone has been fantastic.I can't recommend them enough.

Urban smiles is slowly helping me getting rid of my dental anxiety, all of the doctors, assistants, and receptionists are very patient and kind and willing to answer any questions you have and be transparent.Red head friendly dentist as well! I metabolize anaesthetic very quickly like a lot of gingers, and Urban Smiles has taken that seriously to make sure I’m comfortable during my appointments!

The young dentist doc I go to there for past year is amazing! Lol I just found out he is the owner! I'm not surprised! He's solid! They really take care of you from the moment you walk in! Everyone is so kind. Aside from it being the coolest looking office in town! It's also the best quality dental office.. thank you urban smiles.

so glad to have found Urban Smiles for my dental care. The staff… receptionists, dental assistants and Dr. Livingstone are fantastic. I have had a couple of dental emergencies and they have been fabulous accommodating me. I couldn’t ask for better care!!

Dr. Livingstone and the Urban smiles team are amazing! Always a pleasure to go in to an appointment, front desk staff are always nice and everyone is so friendly and professional. After being told from my previous dentist that there wasn’t much that could be done about a front tooth gap, Dr. Livingstone found a solution and with the help of Sarah were able to close it. I found out Urban Smiles just by walking past their office which is convenient to my home. I walked in and was greeted warmly and taken on as a new patient. First off let’s me say that my previous trauma has made it tough for me to want to go to the dentist, but from the moment I stepped into Urban Smiles Victoria, I felt a sense of relief. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, the waiting room is comfy with lots to look at to ease your mind.I was going to urban smiles for a new bridge with Dr. Livingstone. The moment I sat down Dr.Livingstone assistant Collen was kind, has a great sense on humour and extremely professional through the whole process. Dr.Livingstone sat down and gave me the complete game plan on how things were going to go and really made sure I was apart of the process. Throughout the work both Dr.Livingstone and Colleen check in to make sure everything is going ok, which I thought was great not only are they trying to get the work done but they are checking in on your experience.Dr.Livingstone is a professional in every possible way, he is constantly making sure what is best for the client. He is calm, patient, easy to talk to and he takes great pride in his work, and it shows.I can’t believe I’m saying this but for the first time I am looking forward to going back to Urban Smiles Victoria for all my future dental work. I highly recommend this team; you won’t be disappointed!

Staff is friendly until you voice a concern. Very pushy with treatment if you have insurance coverage. On my first visit they suggested I get braces, when I had just completed a round of invisalign with my orthodontist. I've honestly had too many bad experiences with them to list here, but I promise the list is endless.One positive is that the dental hygienists are thorough.
