Best New Coffee / Brunch Spot - Coal HarbourAmazing new brunch spot 30 feet from the water in the Coal Harbour Quay. I would recommend the croissant with the custard and fresh fruit! Amazing coffee, without a doubt the best latte in Coal Harbour.

I recently had the pleasure of starting my day at Caviar Bistro, a fantastic breakfast spot in Vancouver. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The bistro's location also offered a picturesque view, adding to the overall pleasant ambiance.Let's dive into the food. I tried their Shakshuka and Frittata, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The Shakshuka was bursting with vibrant flavors, and the perfectly cooked eggs were a delight to savor. The Frittata was equally impressive, with its light and fluffy texture and a delightful medley of ingredients. It was clear that the chefs at Caviar Bistro put great care and attention into their breakfast creations.One highlight of my visit was indulging in their sweet Danish pastry. The moment I took a bite, I could taste the freshness. The pastry was flaky and buttery, with just the right amount of sweetness. I have afternoon tea here on a sunny day. Great service, nice people, harbour front view. Feel like I am in Paris tasting my French pastry. They make fresh everyday. If I visit waterfront, I will come again.

I had the most delightful experience at Caviar Bistro and Cafe! The chai latte was simply extraordinary - rich and warming with just the right amount of spice. And the music was so lovely, it really added to the atmosphere. But the best part was the breathtaking view from my seat - it was simply amazing. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming spot to relax and enjoy a delicious drink.

Honestly, It was absolutely the best Double Baked Almond Croissant I ever had. Just so delicious. The coffee was awesome and perfectly balanced. Not to mention the location and the views, No Other landscape beats their views. Just try it yourselves.

So apparently, this place is a whole “thing” in coal harbour, sitting inside or outside is great.we tasted three different sweets,all of them was so amazing. The coffee was very tastyHighly recommended,service was welcoming and genuine.

I’ve been waiting for this place to open since the sign on their window appeared several months ago. I was not disappointed!It’s my new morning coffee place, to start my dog walks. I’ve tried a few of their pastries now (although I normally would try to be more healthy!) and can say that they’re delicious! I tried the Fruit Danish, Orange scone and a ham croissant, and all were up there with the best I’ve enjoyed. Light, crisp and very tasty.I’m looking forward to when the full menu is available and also the evening bar opening! Great location overlooking coal harbour.

I bought a sandwich for brunch and a croissant to have later, and both were delicious! I was a bit surprised that the food was all pre-prepared, and was worried that it would taste dry, but my sandwich was great and the plating was good too!Beautiful location and a nice quick stop.
