Went above and beyond to make sure I had a satisfying experience. A part broke during the installation of a new CPU… they fixed it so I was never without my computer, replaced the part and installed the new CPU for free. Then dropped the computer off at my house, set it up, and made sure everything worked perfectly. All this for free. Tremendous integrity and commitment to customer service. If you’re shopping for an honest and reliable computer repair shop, these guys are it.

Great experience with this company. I liked that I could actually call them and explain the issue - a lot faster than an email. They were more than happy to have me bring in my laptop late on a Friday afternoon - and get it back to me same day. Great follow up on the issue and some good advice, as well. I feel like I've found reliable, local support. Excellent service and reasonable pricing. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable team. Glad I found them!

Fast, friendly, affordable. Fixed my laptop with an ordered in part in just over 48 hours. Would highly recommend.*I did initially assume I’d be able to walk in to a service desk which isn’t the case. Make sure to call or use the online booking form.

Super friendly and ridiculously quick with fixing my laptop. I originally considered reaching out to my laptop provider for repairs but the estimated costs were significantly higher than what Within the Hour charged me. My laptop was repaired within hours and the estimated time frame for Dell was 3 weeks. These guys are my new go-to.

I would highly recommend using Within the Hour for your computer repair needs. They fixed a water damage issue on my MacBook promptly and around my schedule. Their prices are reasonable and they even replaced the damaged feet on the bottom of my laptop which shows the care they have for your device.
