Extremely disappointed. Went in on a monday with a custom logo I wanted engraved on some glasses. The lady couldn't help me and told me to come back on Wednesday when the manager was there. I went in on wednesday the manager told me I simply need to send an email with the logo I wanted. They could not edit the image to clean up crooked lines from the conversion. And they wanted a fee of $50 to convert the image and then $40 per item after that. This price is 6 times the price I received from another company who was able to edit images.
