I wish I could make it zero star! Here are the reasons:- Not putting mask on by the walk in clinic office personnel; however MDs wear it!- Not sending my test result to my family doctor- Asking me to comeback and wait for a couple more hours to see the test results. Probably to charge the government for one more patient.- There's also one lady on reception that instead of working just talk to her cellphone!- No body answer the phone if you call them half an hour before the end of working hours! There is room on their phone to leave a message!

Walked in half an hour after they opened today and they were already turning away patients for the rest of the day because they were full. Disappointed, as I tried to call in earlier multiple times but the phone always went to a full voicemail box.Unfortunately it seems as though they are under-staffed. I was able to go to Clinicare on Adelaide st and they accepted my walk-in there; in case you need to find an alternative to this walk-in.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Child was very sick and they could not accommodate to my child because of time running out". Why let us in and take our health card when you are not available? Any parent that cares for their child would not go here. It shows that they just take patients for the money and not because they care."

The best experience possible. They took my infant in right at the end of the day when I really needed him seen. Wonderful medical provider and staff.

Obviously there is a wait but I heard the receptionist trying to accommodate people as best she can. Nice people, nice building, convenient for students, and fast pharmacy. If you really need to be seen, get there before 1.

Wait time is long but superb service! Went there yesterday as a walk-in with a fever. Instead of dismissing it with, “you’ll get better in a few weeks,” the doctor (sorry that I didn’t ask her name) gave a detailed check. It came out as urinary infection. It’s the first time I saw a doctor at a walk-in, take so much time and effort to do a detailed check up. Thanks to the doctor and the clinic!

Very long wait. Try and get there by 9 or you might have to wait close to 3 hours. After 12:30pm they might stop taking more patients. They need to add more chairs to the waiting area. The doctor was really good and helpful.

Very busy but super friendly staff and doctor! Got there at 9:02am and there was already a big lineup—the staff was very efficient though and I was able to get out by 10:30am still (including the time I waited to get my prescribed medication). Definitely will come back if I need to visit a walk-in clinic again!

In my experiences at this location only once was it not busy during the morning. People can be found lining up before it opens. The seating is tight and there is often folks standing waiting. That being said, the doctors took good care of me.Dr. Madarati and the female Dr. that is in on Tuesdays. The receptionist is exceptional. I don't know her name but I think she speaks Arabic and is really charming!! I've spent a number of hours in the waiting room this year and she is always dealing with everything at the front and still finds time to take care of everybody's questions.
