Purolator

This shop has the most rude and useless store staff I've seen in a very long time. I only used this service because Toys R us shipped with them and I see truth in all these poor reviews. I'm not the only one who seems to think the service at this store is worse than subpar

Made sure I was home all day for expected delivery on a Friday, driver never knocked and said no one was home. No delivery slip or information left so I have no idea where my package is. I talk to their online support, they tell me I either have to wait for redelivery on Tuesday or contact the shipper to have the package held at their pickup location. I talk to the shipper they put in a request that says it will take 2-5 business days to process. So I'm potentially waiting 7-10 days for a 2-5 day estimated delivery shipment.Check the tracking the next day and after being told that my package would not be available for pick up until I contacted the seller with a 2-5 business day waiting time, my package has been at the pick-up location all day today and I had no idea because I assumed what they were telling me was just how it was. Now they are closed tomorrow and I STILL won't be able to pick up my package until Monday.Company seems completely backwards, and I'm not sure why I'm paying to get a product shipped to my house if the driver doesn't want to do his job. Even when asked how redelivery would help me if the driver doesn't knock on my door they assured me they would TELL the driver to knock on my door. Is that not his job? Very confusing, bad customer service.Edit: I am now getting emails and multiple phone calls a day asking if I've picked up my package, after I had to go to pick it up and sign for it. Apparently on top of incompetent drivers, I also have to do their job for them and confirm delivery. Going to avoid Purolator like the plague in the future.

I also have the same problem getting deliveries to my home. They say it is my address but it is not. They say they can't go to my laneway behind my house but you don't need to. If I could arrange for any other delery service to deliver the package that I pay for fast delivery, I would choose FedEx or post express. Purolator is dismal at doing what they do.

Purolator literally has never been able to deliver packages to my doorstep. Every single time I am home but I get a missed delivery notice with NO SLIP left on my door. Would it kill purloator to train the drivers to ring doorbells? Some of us live in 3 story houses, we can’t hear if you knock like mice.

I have been so aggravated by getting parcels delivered through Purolator. I am at the location the entire day that they say they will deliver and then i get a text saying i need to drive 30 minutes (each way) to go pick up my parcel! I call the staff at the outlet and am told it will be redelivered and then it happens again! This has happened several times so i am finally leaving a review as the sole purpose of a delivery company is to deliver is it not? I am running a business and cannot leave it to go pick things up or i would have done that in the first place.

I find it hard to believe what I've seen on here regarding negative reports but I've just experienced the same unbelievably poor service.I signed up for alerts and had no alert when the delivery driver came to my door, without knocking or ringing, and stuck a pickup later sticker at my local Purolator shop in Maple Ridge. I was right there a few feet from the door when this happened.The pickup sticker had the store name on it but it being March 31st, it said pickup March 1st at this store (I assumed they meant April 1st, the perfect day for a fool to not deliver my package).I went twice to the pickup store listed on the label, first time, after 2pm as the store owner said then I finally got an alert. I went back to the Maple Ridge store only to find that the Purolator had put it in their Langley, Willowbrook Warehouse. That was an hours drive there and back.This is no delivery service. Next time I'll buy local. It appears that Canpar (the worst), Purolator and UPS have terrible ratings. Lazy kids who don't understand the meaning of their job.

Always so friendly when I drop a package for return. They can even print your return label if it’s with Amazon.

I think a lot of the negative reviews are about the delivery service itself and not the actual location…I came in to pick up a large painting that I had delivered. The lady at the front was super helpful and kind. She even helped me carry my package to my car and was helpful with getting it to fit in my trunk! I wish I grabbed her name because she was very lovely to deal with!

Horrible service, did an Amazon order that should have been here the next day. It's now 12 days later, 2 business days away from Christmas and I still do not have my package. When calling to ask why my package has been delayed they keep saying weather... I'm looking out my window and the sun is shining... if you can't handle the volume of business offered to you, don't except it. People are counting on you for on time deliveries.
