Queen Nails

They hurt me horribly from the drilling on my nail and broke my nail then proceeded to yell at me in my face and cause a scene in the salon and I am a 15 year old. No Refunds no discount nothing and I walked out with half a nail.

We showed up for our appointment and the place was packed, no one knew what was going on. So disappointing.

I asked for gel nails, they did acrylic. They did not speak to me, only to each other in their own language and the place was not properly cleaned. The end result, WAS pretty (even though not exactly as requested) and the price was quite inexpensive. (Summer sale price)

They are friendly; quite fast at what they do... I waited 20 min after appointment time(which was fine; massage chairs r always perfect)even with the delay; mani & pedi were done within the time frame I expected. Ill b 100% going back... great spot.

This is the worst acrylic nails I have ever received. I don’t often leave reviews on businesses but after having my nails done at Queen nails I felt I really needed to share my experience. I’ve had acrylic nails off and on for the last 8ish years, after COVID and a busy disrupted my regular appointments at my previous salon I decided to try somewhere new. The service was terrible, the building was filthy, uninviting and uncomfortable. The tech was sloppy and did a very poor job. The nails were thick and uneven and underneath my nails was completely FILLED with cured acrylic and shellac (far more than the usual “gunk” that’s under your nails after an appointment) and almost every nail was lifted at the edges within 24 hours of leaving the salon. I had my nails done for a special event the next day and I was so embarrassed by the way my hands looked. I feel bad leaving this review but I have nothing good to say about this place and if you’re reading this I URGE you to book elsewhere.

I have gone to this salon since it opened and I’ve never been unhappy with the services until recently. My appointment was an hour late starting, so it took 2.5 hours for a acrylic refill, the nail tech removing the paint from my previous set burnt me 4 times because she kept holding the drill on my nails, her nails were visibly dirty underneath, the floor was dirty and overall it was a horrible experience. They gave me 5% off for the hour long wait and were extremely friendly, but I will not be returning to this nail salon.

I am calling these people at 10 in the morning when they open at nine and there phone is turned off. I went there and got my gel nails done and the man was doing them really rushed and rough. He needs to learn to take his time.

I take my grandmother here to get her nails done and all of the staff are always so friendly and gentle with her. They also always do a wonderful job.
