Terrible place to work. I was injured on the job because of one of there during addict employees

Terrible management, very high employee turnaround. They promise you 35 hour over phone then only pay day rate after your hired.Worked there roughly 6 months and they refuse to pay me for what im owed.Currently being taken to labor board by many employees

There drivers of there flat deck pickup trucks can not park....parked right in the middle of the road at the hotel in fsj. Management should have a parking training day for some of the employees

This is not a perfect company, however my experience with them has been a positive one. I was injured on the job and they jumped in to make sure a was taken care of. They took me to appointments and paid my full salary for the time I was healing. I'm sure like any company I could find something to complain about, I choose to focus on the positive. This is a relatively new company that is growing very fast. They pay fair wages and have an ok health plan I have worked for many companies but Avenge has been consistently busy with lots of new contracts being signed regularly. I look forward to a long stay with Avenge and hope to help them grow..

Excellent company that is growing quickly with so many opportunities for growth!
