Came at 7:30am and am 15th in line. The first person came at 6:00am. That has to be a joke.

Poor customer service. 3 times I had my phone call appointment rescheduled which is fine, but I had to call them to find out instead of them notifying me. Three times for the same thing, no follow up even after I called them and they said they would definitely call me back to update me. Not once or twice, three times. The most basic customer service/administrative skills are not practiced. It's shameful, especially because I could have got my prescription re-filled much earlier through a different clinic. Instead I have to suffer through not having my medication. Pathetic. Not only that, but when my family doctor moved provinces months ago, I was never notified. So I had to find out very late that I no longer had a doctor at their clinic. I see other reviews here with the same issues. The clinic said they sent out a memo in the Summer. That was a lie considering other patients of Dr. Farooq didn't get a memo either, according to this review page.

Arrived Monday morning at 7:10 for an 8:00 opening time. 3 people ahead of me. Got right in, the doctor was fantastic, receptionist was also friendly, out by 9:00am. Pretty good experience considering some of the others I have at walk-ins.

Staff is somewhat fine but this clinic has terrible operation hours (used to open Monday to Friday 8 to 12 and 1 to 4). I thought i got lucky finding a family doctor in the first 6 months i arrived to Nova Scotia, compared to other people who have been waiting for years, and still are; but what a disappointment: you cannot book an appointment with your assigned family doctor, it's only walk ins; i work business hours/days so no possibility for me to go. It has gotten worse in the past 3 months as they are barely open: lack of doctors, they are open 2 or 3 days a week only with even more reduced hours. The only reason I chose this clinic was for its convenient location. But if I cannot see a doctor because their hours are not flexible, what's the point.I do not recommend!

Excellent experience in that walk in clinic. I lined up at 7:00 and I saw the Dr. at 8:30 The receptionists are friendly. Dr. Roy is a great Dr. He asked me lot questions about my health. He is pretty good!

Health care in Canada is like a communist bread line, if you get in line early enough, you may get bread. In order to see a doctor here at the walk-in clinic, you have to line up at 7:00 a.m.If you do manage to get in, some of the doctors here are pretty good. I've had some really good experiences with them.Shout out to Dr. Roy who is great!I would give this place five stars if it wasn't for the long lineups but I believe those are not their fault, I think these are the fault of the healthcare system.

I’ve been here several times over the last 3 years and I’ve always had an amazing experience with the place. The clinic can’t help how busy they are but they’ve always tried their best to accommodate me and my requests. I normally see Dr. Williams and I am incredibly lucky for that but Dr. Roy is also a consummate professional.

This is the best walk-in clinic in Halifax. The only thing to be aware of is you need to get there by 7:00am to queue yourself in the lineup. If you want to be seen in the early morning (before 10) I would recommend you get there at 6, the mall is open this early and you can wait outside the clinic. You need a mask and you can only talk about 1 problem at a time. Doctors are so attentive here and take you seriously and spend the time to ask you questions. This is better care than the average family doctor in Nova Scotia in my opinion. Dr. Roy is the best doctor I have ever seen.

Dr. Roy is extremely knowledgeable and takes his time to listen to his patients and make an informed diagnosis. The wait is long and it fills up quickly so get there at 7:00 am even to get in, but this isn't the fault of the clinic but the NS HealthCare system. The staff up front are direct but efficient.

Arrived at 7 but should have come earlier because there were already 10 people in line, then had to wait 6 hours in the clinic to be seen. You’re only allowed to talk about one health concern otherwise you have to come back. Only one physician available to see all of the people and takes 30 minutes per person.
