This is a very unique Canadian Tire Store. It is right in the heart of downtown Calgary. I needed a windshield stone chip repair kit. They had one!!! I used the Canadian Tire App to locate the item. Considering that it located on the second floor of a downtown building, this is a big store with lots of inventory. When I made my purchase the cashier was friendly and we chatted about the awesome store they have.

Great customer service. Lady named Forum notified me of a sale and I also mentioned I was walking so she double bagged and made a handle for me to carry a large item and it held really well.Thank you very much Forum!

The one star reviews are true. Made me feel as if i was a thief. Its convenient to return and buy another item at customer service, after conveying ghat i am gonna return painters tape and buy rust paint, the 16-17 year old kid cashiers only statement was “you will buy this here”. It felt downright demeaning and degrading.You guys are selling $2-3 plastic for $10-15 and apparently we are the one’s trying to “rob”.Paid for the paint. Returned the tape and the paint. Also told the manager about this. Didn’t even bother to make sure which employee was the one. Just told me I will talk to them. Somehow its regular at Canadian tire.It happened around 8pm 9th July2023 . Not gonna call your customer service. Go screw yourselves

Like store, great location and love using the online app to locate items in the correct aisle.Only weird thing they have going on is that they take your bag from you (What if you have an emergency and can't get to your meds?) & have their 3rd party security greet you at the door like you are a suspect... it's really uncomfortable.

Dear store manager, please educate yourself and your staff about your store policies.A battery charger is NOT in the same category as a battery or a booster." They are as much the same as apples and pineapples are.A booster has a battery in it. A charger does not. That's why on the receipt it says "batteries and boosters are final sale"

Staff are just walking around trying to look busy and when you ask for help it feels like your inconveniencing them.Corporate should definitely go to this location you need to make massive adjustments.Your staff at this location has a very bad attitude including management.Honestly speaking, I don’t like leaving reviews , this is my second review that I ever made on google.I’m shocked how can a beautiful store with such a prime location have such a bad customer service? It’s absolutely terrible.On March 24 I went to the store because it is the most convenient location for me. I live downtown.unfortunately I had an accident in the paint section. One of the paint cans was not completely close and was wet on the outside. I did not notice so when I pick it up, It slipped from my hand and it fell on the floor ,on my clothes and shoes. I quickly made the staff aware of it because I didn’t want any other customer getting into trouble because of it. I waited and explain what happened, and they were completely annoyed. I apologize sincerely.Today March 25 I went back to the store to get some more paint. I never wanted to complain about this because I know how hard it is to hire people that works , I run my own business .I notice whenever I go to this location. Your staff has a very bad attitude you can never get help, I had to in previous visits search for a ladder and get my own products from the top shelf because your staff has refused to search for the product themselves which by the way online said that you had over 20 units of it in store.Today I went to the store a customer service named Sonal , told me that I couldn’t look at the paint without any help. That she knows about me .I don’t know what that means.....I said to her OK could you please help me she said no. I asked her if she could get somebody to come help me. She was annoyed and completely bothered by my request . When I called her out for not helping me out, she decided to bring the supervisor and in my face lied that she was offering me help and that I refuse.Listen, I have to deal with my staff on a regular and I understand, managing people is not easy.I SUGGEST !!!!!!!1-instead of gossiping about paying customers and profiling them , please put in place a Training for your service providers to assist your paying customers when they need help, look out for when they need help. Trust me it’s clearly obvious when somebody’s having a hard time to find something in your store .2-Have enough lockers so that you don’t have have to put paying customers, backpacks and bags on the dirty floor which by the way you request for them to leave in the front before entering the store.3- to prevent paying customers from having to search for a ladder to get products from the top shelf have enough staff that could restock your products in a safer reasonable height.(just restock the product where it supposed to be so that we don’t have to go get a ladder)4- have better customer service skills . Remember your clients are the blood of your business.I took the time to read some of your other reviews on Google . I believe all the negative reviews.......... I have experience it all myself and I’m happy to know that I’m not crazy and that is an ongoing problem at this location.

Experienced the worst customer service of my life.Went to return some items that I had purchased for my pet a few days prior to. Items were in great/new condition. My pet just didn’t like the items and didn’t bother with them.Store manager Brenda and her two customer service staff members refused to provide me with a full refund. In addition to that, I was treated disrespectfully and mocked.At one point I stated that I would leave a Google review about my poor experience and the store manager said, I want to know where you work to leave you a review. I also stated that I wouldn’t be returning and she said good.I was in extreme shock and had major anxiety from their hostility. I was simply trying to return a few items and shouldn’t have been met with such negativity and hostility.A more professional retailer would have never treated me in this manner. Stay away from this horrible Canadian Tire store. They’re extremely abusive and unethical. I spent $75 dollars there for my cats items and they only returned $16 dollars. Thieves.

I recently visited this Canadian Tire. The store itself was clean, organized, and had a great selection of merchandise to choose from. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. You should not be surprised if you find some prices a little bit higher than other department stores. The food point is this store is conveniently located in downtown, which made it easy for me to get to and navigate around. Overall, I had a great shopping experience at this department store and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great selection of quality products.
