Working with CS Eurohaus (Sebastian) has been nothing short of a nightmare. As a custom home builder, I have built many homes and have worked with many window companies, and have never felt compelled to write a review, but through this experience, I want to make sure other builders and homeowners are aware of how terrible this company is to work with. We ordered a custom window package in the range of $250,000 plus, Sebastian was very attentive during the sales process and as soon as the cheque was in his hands the service stopped. Any questions we had were answered weeks after they were asked. He never visited the site in person to see the job, measure, or to see the problems or offer any measure of quality control. We experienced delays in getting the windows (pushing our construction schedule behind), damaged product upon delivery, missing hardware and a front door that won't close. I followed up numerous times with both Sebastian and Josko (the actual supplier) and have not gotten any answers or assistance. When spending a large sum of money on what is supposed to be a high end product there is an expectation of service and quality - which neither were delivered upon. I am currently having to move in a great client with a non-functioning front door, no window hardware to be able to open their windows, gapped seams where the wood has shrunk away, etc. Because I stand by the quality of my work and expect my subtrades and product to be of high quality, I am having to pay out of my own pocket to fix the windows, have custom handles machined and install them myself. In conclusion - it has been a terrible experience and I would not recommend purchasing windows from CS Eurohaus or Josko . There are many other options in the same price range that deliver on the look and quality that Josko promises.
