Canada Post

I strongly feel the need to share my appreciation to this location and more specifically Diane. I had a problem with a package I ordered (my error completely) and Diane went out of her way to help me. Greatly appreciated :)

the counter staff here are not trained. I have a business account I print my own postage through SHIPPO (ebay) everything is prepaid, label is printed and the package is ready to be shipped it is supposed to be just dropped off at the post office. An the counter people are suppose to scan it and send it on its way with the tracking...they are unable to understand what keys they need to enter on the Canada Post web site to make that happent. they actually said I need to pay the postage this is wrong..they are untrained in how to do their job. I then go down to the little post office which is in Shoppers Drug Mart where the post office is busy with NOT BUSINESS people and there the staff actually know what they are doing. Canada Post needs to fix this situation...we are supposed to be the valued small business customer they speak about.

I’ve received the wrong letters several times. Today, I received two letters that were meant for two different people. They should sort out the letters properly with the correct name and address to be delivered in the appropriate mailboxes.

The workers here feel entitled because they work for Canada Post. The ladies working here truly hate their job and their supervisors are ill equipped to handle customer complaints so much so they refused to come talk to when I requested to speak to one. Horrible service and terrible, classless manners. Reviews for Canada Post are consistently horrible across the GTA and I agree in that it’s time to privatize the mail service.

Amazing customer service. The lady that had helped me explained everything really well and was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this location. Wish I had the name of the lady that assisted me ship out an item that I had to pay for, she was working at 230pm on March 5th,21 she deserves some recognition!!!

Shipped a big 35 lb parcel that Rexall won’t accept due to the weight and size.The staff who helped me was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I didn’t even know this place existed.

We have only praise for this Postal Outlet! We ship hundreds of parcels and the staff at the front is fabulous with all our needs and the staff at the rear loading dock the same.!!! Way better than going to a shoppers drug mart or other location! Keep up the great work! DareBuilt Metal Works, Milton

These guys don’t open on time the posted hours are 9:30 AM open but they take their time having their smoke breaks and chatting amongst themselves. While they keep the door closed. Maybe it is time to privatize the post service.

This is one of the worst location to pick up your mail we came here because we bought new house and mail box is not yet installed. I did visits this place for mail check but lady staff is so unprofessional and unhappy to look at us why we did two visit in a week she told us we allow one visit only. NiceI wish we get mail box installed in few days so we no need to come at this place any more

I am not sure if this is the location responsible for this route, maybe they know who is though. I was on 20 sideroad this morning. A Canada Post driver was attempting an awkward Uturn in the curviest section of the road. Causing me to slam on my brakes as I came around the bend. This road has a limit of 70km/h so this person must be out of their mind to think that section of the road was a safe place to attempt that maneuver. Further up 20 sideroad, they just stopped driving, no signal. Once I realised this person was actually stopping I swerved around them. It wasn't until I was further up that their hazards turned on. As far as I am concerned, this person shouldn't have a drivers license. Let alone drive for a living! I'm going to say it was a female driver, she was in a black SUV.
