Don't order from the website. They take your money then send the furniture into the void without doing any follow up. Once it's gone from their warehouse, they say they can't reach the transporter and you can't either. I'm leaving a 2 star because furniture is of good quality but make sure YOU take it home.

I am giving one star just for being generous. I went to the magazine of dix30 and bought a master bed. The seller told me that at this moment the item wasn't on stock but it will arrive the latest august, I waited until half of september and my order never showed up so I called the store just to know what was going on. Big surprise the bed wasn't on stock yet and I had to wait the latest September. I called back again the 8 October and the manager assistant at store dix30 tell me that my order is going to be ready in January (I hope 2022 at least). Any customer service. They never let me know that my order is not going to be delivered when they were supposed to do it. If you dont want to have the worst experience of your life trying to have a product then AVOID 100% strucube. Really Really DISAPPOINTED

It's just about this branch I'm writing comments, and not Structube! Not the cleanest branch of Structube I've visited! There are boxes and stuff all around the place. Lack of stock considering the size of the branch. They could manage it better in Dix30!!

My Moss Bed broke after 1 year! Cheap material (Press Wood) !!! Not worth it!!! Look at pic there is no fixing that!!

Ordered a desk and filling cabinet back in November and month and after month they kept saying it would be back in stock in a few weeks, they said it again today that it would be make in stock mid-may so I cancelled and asked for a refund. If they were just honest about the timeline I wouldn't have minded and could set realistic expectations but at a certain point it gets ridiculous.

I have Been a good client for over 10 years, using structube to furnish my Airbnbs and unfortunately they could NOT accommodate me recently which was very disappointing!! I Bought a light fixture that needed 12 lightbulbs so I spent over $100 on lightbulbs and got home and they looked nothing like they did on the floor model in the store. They were extremely yellow and really ruined the look of the light fixture. It was really deceiving, it looked great in the store and really not the same at home. They wouldn’t take back the bulbs. Customer service is really important to me, unfortunately l’m going to have to take my business elsewhere. Bad return policy. #structube

I bought my bed less than a year and it’s been broken 2 times they did want to refund me, instead i had a credit store to buy another bed and i had to pay more because the credit wasn’t the fill bill that i paid and i just received the new with 2 piece missed. Terrible service and quality i am really disappointed.

If I could give 0, I would. We ordered a TOMAR sofa for 2000$ that arrived broken... Honestly, this is trash. Their customer service is pathetic. They used to have good quality before, but this is the same quality as Jysk and IKEA.When we informed them about the flaws in the sofa, they said “oh, you have 2 choices, either we send a technician to fix it or u keep it broken until January and we exchange it”. We said this can cause a domino effect because there are cracks in the sofa, so fix it and exchange it in January.They refused by saying that we need to choose “either or” and that the crack at the bottom of the sofa is “no big deal”. So here’s one of the problem, not only do they deliver broken items with no shame and decide whether we think its a big deal or not, but they act entitled.Afterwards, I asked for documented proof of their verbal agreement along with proof that we will not be held responsible for any additional damage that these cracks may cause, in the event that we keep it until January. Here's the CREME DE LA CREME, they retracted their verbal agreement and said “no we will take it back THIS WEEK because we care about YOUR SECURITY, and will provide u with a new one in January when it will be back in stock”. Take your trash structube and delete my name and number from your profile and provide us with the refund. That's the least you can do.I've informed everyone I know to never buy from you ever again (aka trashcan). Horrible mess.

I received a lamp after 3 months waiting, it was very dirty and damaged. I sent an email and never got an answer until I called the store about 5 times. The manager was rude and dismissive. She did not accept to repaire the lamp even though the salesperson has proposed to bring in it in store to repair.
