Had Stephen out to do a restoration/repair estimate for some rot issues I am having with my deck. The initial assessment and conversation with Stephen was pleasant enough but I never received a quote back for repair/rebuild or any response to follow up communications after the initial assessment date which turned this into a pretty disappointing experience.

Stephen was very efficient and solved our plumbing issues on the same day he was called. He was very knowledgeable and I have no doubt that if we have any more issues needing a handyman, he will be the first person we call!

Stephan at HGB did a great job of repairs on my 15 year old home. He even went the extra mile to discover that when I told him all I wanted was a new dryer vent, he worked and discovered that my wall was filling up with dryer lint and repaired it properly, saving future issues. Thanks Stephan.

A very odd experienceI had called to book a quote last week. Was given today to have the appt.Waited an hour an a quarter. No one showed. No one called to say they were late ..on their way or had to rescheduleI called expecting a half decent apology only to be met with an indifferent attitude from the person on the phone ...as I was never given a name!How come someone not even make a sincere apology. My time is valuable .. I made arrangements to be home etc... is it tooo much to expect “I am sorry for this!?”Sooooooo... my question is ... if they treat a quote like this how would they treat you as a client?I can appreciate that it has been a wet season, and I had already acknowledged that I would be ok for the outside jobs to be completed before moving inside and that the end of October would be acceptableAgain... my own humble opinionCan’t speak to the quality of work ...only on customer service

Definitely happy that I found Steve at HGB Construction. I've always had a problem with my front door closing, but not anymore. Steve really knows what he is doing. My next project is the kitchen and I wouldn't call anyone else. Thanks Steve!!

I had Steve paint the upstairs of my house. He and his team were professional and provided top notch quality service. From the pre project site survey to the follow up visit, there was constant attention to detail. I was delighted with the new paint job and would recommend HGB to anyone doing house renovations.
