CIBC Branch with ATM

Worst brench and employers in the world, dont even try to go and talk with those idiots…

There's never more than one teller theres always a line up of 15 people or more the worst service I've ever seen in a back never going back changing branch

I'm still waiting 10 days later for Alem to call me back. I was supposed to close my account.. She was rushing to leave so she doesn't miss her bus. I said ok let's do it the next day. It's been 10 days and 3 voicemails later... No call back.... 1 of the worse customer service... Hoping she doesn't have a big role there... Very disappointing!!!

If we had an option to give this CIBC Branch zero stars, than that would have been more appropriate.We opened an account with CIBC Bank and since the Samson Branch was closest, they tied us to them.We had an issue where there was a hold on the account, because apparently proper identification was not shown at the time the account was opened, which was incorrect.We presented identification to the teller, when we went into the branch and apparently it was not logged in properly.So, now we were advised to contact the branch in order for them to remove the hold on the account.We called the branch unlimited times, to no resolve. It kept on going to a general mailbox. Then, we left the branch manager, Mary Alibrantis a voicemail, to no resolve. Never got a call back an email or anything from her.Then we called a CIBC Service Financial Service Specialist at the branch, Valerie Katra, let her a message and emailed her. The voicemail states that she will be back in the office November 29, 2021. Yet, we never heard from her. But her voicemail said to contact her counterpart, Mrs. Hannah.So, we contacted Mrs. Hannah, one felt she did not want anything to do with the problem and stated that she will transfer us to a teller. She transferred us and the call got dropped. So, naturally, we called her back. She did the same thing again, but not it went to a general voicemail box. We left a voicemail and again to no resolve.On November 30, 2021, called the branch manager’s direct line, she picked up we said hello, can anyone assist us, she went silent and hung up on us. We called back and now it went to voicemail.Is this how a branch should be run? What kind of customer service is this? Why doesn’t anyone keep these people in check.They are of no help to anyone, they do not serve the community. Shameful!If you get this branch, make sure you run the other way. So sad.

Very slow service, staff is not trained well. i went to get a letter and I brought an old letter I had from 2 years ago given by another branch as an example. They still didn't know what kind of letter it is... took them nearly about 45 minutes to find what I needed...

Terrible institution with even worse customer service. The angry lady at the front door would be well served to learn both manners and proper english. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Sadly I have to agree with all tje bad comments. I lived a terrible experience there. Has on the phone. It look like the system is there to be a good bank and I believe we would wabt it to be a good one but we got to be honest. Avoid

Just opened a bank account with CIBC and just like the others that left reviews here, there is zero customer service. It's like they do not care to help anyone in the community. They do not honor the appointments they make, the do not return emails or phone calls and they sure don't pick up the phones. I love dealing with CIBC as an institution, but this branch, horrible!

Samson Laval Branch, Julia very rude and I use to have an account been 6 years , I wanted to open an other business account she does not know how to talk even no HI, Hello, Never recommend.. she feels she is the owner Lol
