Another joke in lethbridge needed to replace my broken cpap mask and they would not sell me on unless I made an appointment

Bad service the representative Mya was very rude she liked to argue with her clients I would not recommend this place!!!

Absolutely horrible service. Needed to get my CPAP programed. Was quoted 50 bucks. Then when making appointment was told its actually 150 bucks. I thought whatever, at least my machine will be set properly. Upon arrival, the 'expert' said that my machine isnt a CPAP but would sell me a new one for $2500 (can get it on sale online for only $998). My machine clearly says CPAP on it, and after helping the so called expert figure out where the settings might be (i was told it was un-programmable), the 'expert' stuck a scissors in it to turn the screw. It took like 10seconds shoving a scissors into it to turn a screw, I'm the one who figured out how to even do it, and they charged 150 bucks for this. I should have had them leave it and just do it myself (i would at least use a screw driver). I would suggest shopping around, as there are plenty of other businesses that will not try to upsell you etc.
