With absolutely no exaggeration and with full confidence I would say I have been very lucky to find one of the BEST, if not THE best, auto repair shop in Montreal. Megauto is not only great in service quality, but more importantly, the owner Normand, is by far one of the most honest, passionate and professionally sincere people I have found in auto repair business, and I would say in all businesses in general. I wish him and his business the best and I am pleased to recommend his garage to people who need high quality repair that is well priced too - compared to often cheap price but poor service of many corner garages and very expensive dealership services! To conclude, in my first visit and experience with Megauto, I am so impressed by their work (repairing a big problem with the A/C of my car) and Normand's character that I will take my car there for any service from now on. One last admin note in my experience: If you call the garage to book an appointment, leave a message and they will for sure call you back :-) Don't despair!

I've had three vehicles serviced by Norman, Jimmy and crew for the past 6 years. In retrospect, this review is long overdue.In 2017, I had a used, aging Jeep that, evidently had major problems. Before settling on MegAuto as my go-to mechanic I had been taking it somewhere else that was closer to my home (I live in Brossard). The other garages apparently missed a massive, rusted-through, gaping hole in my subframe - Norman caught it immediately. Instead of taking my money, Norm had already done his research - the part in question was a recall / warranty part from Fiat-Chrysler, and that the part (and subsequent suspension damage from the defect) would be fixed for free. Needless to say, from that day forward, I have never serviced my vehicles anywhere else, unless it was an emergency (and on those rare occasions, Norm always inspects the other guy's work too, to make sure its done right).The team at MegAuto is the absolute best. Their passion for vehicles and wealth of experience and professionalism is unmatched in this industry. From bumper to bumper, they know their way around your vehicle and they'll never do work you don't need. If they find an issue, they're always realistic, communicative and will always lay out a summary of the problem: what it is, urgent vs. not urgent and will always tell you what to expect. And pricing is always good.In closing (and I know this was long), even though they're 20 or so km from my home, I'll never go anywhere else. There is no distance that can keep me away - you don't find mechanics that good everyday. And when you do, you keep 'em.

It's hard to find honest, reliable and well priced mechanics. With MegAuto you'll get all 3. Jimmy has been working on my cars since 2010. Jimmy, Norm, Jay and the rest of the staff are super knowledgeable and are also car guys so they're careful as can be.
