They replaced my rear driver window in March 2020. I've had to return to their location 3 times now because the window wouldn't go down. This third time, they ordered the wrong window to replace.

They can never seem to order the proper glass for the fries twice both times wrong windshield was ordered

I left my car overnight for the next day and picked it up at 4pm. The hood was left opened, the wiper arms were not installed correctly causing and engine code, my 407 transponder was incorrectly installed and my A25 transponder was not removed and returned to me. Overall for a business that specializes in windshield replacement….. not the best impression

I had a different experience from the other reviewer. Lebeau has made a tiny stonechip in my window shield into two of 7cm crack_lines. Nobody would be happy with this incident. The staff was polite to remind me that I was advised beforehand that this could happen and the rate of happening is 96%. I find this clause is in favor of the store only. They take no risks. The store assured me that insurance company is aware of this and their rate of accident is the best in the industry. Later I talked to my insurance company, RBC/Aviva, they were not aware of this. Another thing I found out is that the store claims in their website that repairing stonechip is free. It is actually free if your insurance company pays for it, which is about $100. Overall, I think Lebeau does its job, not better than others, but pricy. For people looking for more choices, mobile service in Ottawa is a good option.

Tag service (marking & etching and GPS localisation system) available - gives a substantial rebate on insurances.Booked for a day. 3 people did not show up so they offered to do it right away .It's a good service. Fast. Staff was friendly.

Beware when you pick-up your vehicle, the cashier will show you, your dirty cabin air filter. No they wont charge you the labor but the air filter cost me 30$ when its 11$ at Canadian Tire.. DISHONEST!!⁹

The whole crew is very nice, helpful and professional. The work done in my chipped windshield was above and beyond what I expected it to be. It can barely be seen now. Cleaner job than some of the competition around. A+ to them and will return if and when required.

Had a small chip said only five pourcent change of cracking all the way had them do the repair cracked the windshield. Funny the manage comes out from the back and said We have on windshield for you truck here in the shop! Sound like a set up for a full replacement plus they charged me 120$ for cracking the whole windshield and said we will credit you the repair on the full windshield! Never had I ever have a windshield cracked during and after repairs. Guess they need more work!

I live this place , they have a good service.
