Mariya cut and styled my hair and i was extremely pleased with the results. its very difficult to find someone accommodating to curly hair styles but she did an amazing job at accommodating my hair texture. super friendly and kind definitely worth checking out. you will definitely not regret it!

I discovered this place by accident but I was very happy once I did so. I got my hair colored and cut there. I really liked the results! They are knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend a visit.

ABSOLUTELY love this place. I’ve been searching for so long to find a go to salon and i’m so happy i finally found one! Mariya does an incredible job on my hair. i had orange pigment in my hair from box die for 2+ years and i went to 3 different salons and they all could not get it out. Mariya got rid of it comepletely and i am so beyond grateful. Now i’ve been going here for more than a year and they never fail to make me happy with my hair. Definitely 10/10 recommend going here. Amazing service.

There used to be a different lady years ago, in 2015-2016 or so. She was very nice, professional and empathic. Since that other lady took over, I have tried to use the service for me and my kids. During the course of these trials, the present owner, manager, has been condescending, rude and has no clue how to treat customers. No empathy skills whatsoever and makes you feel bad when you ask questions, as though you should know better than to ask questions. They also have very limited paying options. I had to go get cash from the bank because they could not accommodate paying debit! Luckily, we recently discovered the Barber & Beauty Salon place behind the Scotiabank less than 100 meters away and THOSE GUYS know how to treat customers. I must say, perhaps this place used to be good at some point. No more. Perhaps they cater to a specific demographic more efficiently (Polish, Bulgarian, Russian...) I do not know, but I will never come here again. Anyone can cut hair, we the customer want to be pampered and feel good when we visit a hair salon (yes even if you are a man) and the current owner, manager, makes you feel like you should be punished for coming to cut your hair if you are not a lady who wants to spend $$$. There used to be a guy years ago also Antonio I think his name was, who was brought over from Rockwood mall hair salon. An elderly gentleman who had tons of experience and was really nice, but he is no longer there. Good luck and give the other folks a try as well. You decide who's better.Regarding your reply to my reply: my review is not prejudice : being treated unfairly because I am a man bringing in kids for quick hair cuts without any appointments is prejudice towards me. Treating me differently because I don't speak Polish, Bulgarian or Russian, clearly shown in the manner of displayed behavior, disregard and empathy-less in staff behavior IS prejudice with preconceptions towards my demographic (single male with kids who doesn't speak the language spoken). My review is not misleading in the slightest : everything I have said is true. Because you don't like it does not mean it is misleading. Technically your business name is misleading because you are not a spa" in the true sense of the word. My review is not unacceptable: reviews are available for all to read and make up their own mind. Because they are amazing!! They do hair very well and treat everyone with the utmost respect. The hairdressers can handle a variety of hair textures.

I have been foing here with my dad for a while. Very good service, Always pleased with the results. Got my hair done for graduation here and got a balayage done here. The lady is wonderful, very gentle and very efficient. My dad also loves the service and is always happy woth the results.

Great haircut, unfortunately Angelo was not well on my last visit. I wish him a speedy recovery!
