Pandora

I went to return some items purchased online, also i wanted to show them some jewellery getting black that i recently purchased from pandora, i reached there 10:55 am and they open around 11:00 am one of the rep with long hair she saw me and shakes her head towards me, probably telling me that they are close while she was just standing and chatting with other 2 store rep., i waited for 5 mins right in front of store she opens the door and cleans her doors and ignore me, any ways as soon as i walked in she saw receipt in my hands and in very rude tone she asked are you here to return ? I said yes then again she talks about policy without letting me speak further and says do it online if you want your money back it says in receipt, ok i got that but she could have explained nicely, she was so rude, i was about to ask for my ring and earrings getting black but she told me have a good day! So i walked out of store!One of the worst pandora location, i am never going there again, i don't know who hire them when they are not people person!

My mom and I were helped by Sophia on Tuesday April 25th. She was a very sweet compassionate young lady. She also had allot of patience because we had many questions for her and she answered them all . Thank you!

Fantastic customer service. I took my charm bracelet to be cleaned and they did an awesome job. It looked brand new when she returned it. I ended up buying 3 charms because of the wonderful customer service

I have bought earrings and it was nice. Although they don’t have much articles in the store so I have to chose from what’s available but still I am satisfied what I paid for.They should improve their customer service

I have purchased a bracelet for my girlfriend and it has discolorated big time. I went to the store for a cleaning but they said that they don’t accept til January, it seems that there’s a schedule limitation for cleaning which was not discussed during the purchase. We areAbout to take vacation in few weeks and they recommend to purchase cleaning product which will be out of our pocket, or take it to other Pandora branch, this is totally ridiculous and very unacceptable. Will never do a second purchase as the jewelries discolorate! Or might aswell return the product and request for a refund!

Today was one of the few time I visited Wem Pandora, I usually shop at Southgate location. Shout out to Awiet ( sorry if I spelled your name wrong) at Wem location ! She makes my shopping so much easier. My daughter and I were exhausted after a crazy day Christmas shopping at the mall , it was also close to closing time. The store was packed with people but Awiet came and help us. She is very professional, she showed us options on stack rings and we loved it. Look for Awiet if you are at this location. She makes my shopping so much easier. We were out the store in 15 minutes.

Zach was so friendly! And very easy to chat with! As soon as I walked in he was ready to help me and looked everywhere for what I wanted although the store did not have half of what I came in for I still left with 2 things and some clean bracelets! Go see Zach if you want to shop but not feel pressured to do so! 12/10 would recommend!

It's too bad that neither of the 2 girls working here had any interest in helping me. Went to people's Jewlers instead

We received this earings on 5th of september, brought on 4th by my cousin and my wife tried those and she felt pain and she left it in box and today at 9th September we came back to exchange it and at counter sales gril went to manager or whoever ams they said its worn. And they refused to take it back. Even though they were in same shape and their receipt says it has to be in original condition for return or replacement dont know what is the definition of original condition. Very disappointed with the service definitely never coming back and not recommending to any one. I called there and talked to store manager name Jamila, she definitely have no respect amd value for customer, she was arguing over the phone that original and unused is not worn, may be head office there need to explain her that if you go to any store you always try before you buy. Looks like ne need to advance her sales techniques and bit of manner not to arguing with customer over product. Definitely complaining to head office.

Customer service was amazing. They had the charm I was looking for. Staff was very friendly.
