Don’t ever buy a car from here I did and I got absolute garbage I spent more fixing it then when I bought it I am so so mad I wish I never went here and listened to the reviews. Also had very bad customer service

I lost my keys they dont have it (back order maybe months) so I find one original Chrysler key now they won't program it cause o didn't buy there...

We were looking to test drive a few vehicles this morning, and tried a few makes but no one had any stock. Hawkesbury Chrysler had a good stock, we tested out a new Grand Cherokee and decided to buy it. Salesman gave us a really good price on our trade in, and a few points off the retail on the Jeep. All in all, no hassle, good price and we're treated really well.

Really poor customer service at the service dept. They don't want to honor Mopar promotions. The two last times in for an oil change and tire rotation and really disappointed

Dealer let me down. Less then a month after my purchase, my pickup truck 2019 RAM 1500 with 3.6 got a transmission problem. The truck was under the regular warranty 3 years or 60 000 km. They told me, we know the problem but we don't know how to fix it and it's not dangerous it's O.K. A year past and not hearing a word from them. DON'T buy there. BIG advise.

Got my brand new 2018 vehicle that is well prepared. Sales has much patience to present the new vehicle when delivery. Manager is very friendly and did all the effort to find what I need in the market. Good communication with the customers, and they showed their professionalism and respect. I had the best experience at this dealership when I was buying my 2021 RAM limited. This dealership is extraordinary and very customer oriented. They are there to assist the customers period. Despite the COVID-19 Pandemic, this dealership was able to get me a RAM 2021 limited model within 4--6 weeks of working with them. Prior to this, I had visited 4 other dealerships in search for the same truck and made several deposits. But this dealership came through for me.
