Last week I get the facial treatment at Uptown Med Spa to help my skin with the changing season and enjoyed the skin glow experience. I am extremely satisfiedwith the results and now my skin is soft & glowy.

This is the first time I have used their service and I am glad to have found Uptown Med Spa and will always continue going there for their services. I have had microneedling treatments and I always leave with redness on my face which heals quickly. I wholeheartedly could go on and on about Jamie and how extraordinary she truly is. Highly recommended!

I tried the pink intimate whitening for the first time and wow, just after the first session I saw great results! I will definitely be coming up, they also have good package deals!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO BOOKED APPOINTMENTS. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED. Every single time when I book an appointment for laser or facial services, exactly a day before or even 2-3 hours before I would receive a call from them asking me to change the time to come early or at a different time. It specifically happens when I have pre-paid for the services like bought a package.It has happened A LOT OF TIMES AT BOTH SURREY AND LANGLEY LOCATIONS, ALMOST EVERY MONTH WHEN I’M BOOKED WITH THEM. I spoken with front desk few times and expressed my concern instead they said make sure to book appointments atleast 2-3 weeks ahead (which I always do). I have been a customer for about 3 years now and this is not what I expect. Same thing has happened to someone whom I referred to.

Happy with my results. Jaime evaluated my skin, recommended what was needed and even followed up after each appointment. I went to Uptown for a facial and my skin has improved significantly. I saw results immediately and plan to get another one next month. I was not pressured into changing my entire skin care routine and was only recommended what was missing from it. I am happy with the results.

I have been going to Uptown Med Spa for a few months now. I have been doing laser hair removal, and am loving the results it has given me. After just one session my hair was extremely thin, and grew back unnoticed. Their hydra facials are amazing, and leave my skin super soft afterwards. They have been great in helping calm my rosacea. Definitely recommend if you're looking for easy booking, and worth the price service.
