Adrenalin Motors

Bought a Jeep at adrenalin. It barely ran because it needed new plugs and coils. It had the leaking heater core changed but the floor mats were still soaked in antifreeze. After we drove it a few kilometers we had to go back to Sylvan so Napa could work on it again at Adrenalin’s cost. Thought they were a good dealership but after our experience we recommend staying away

Purchased a car from them about a year and a half ago sight unseen. Dealt with Zac who was very professional and timely in his responses. Other than a small document delay had no issues with the experience. Dealership was willing to seriously negotiate based on the facts I presented about the car and we reached a fair deal. Cars been awesome and was better than expected.

As a first time truck buyer (From a dealership) Adrenaline Motors was the first dealership to take me seriously at the age of 20 as other dealerships did not take me so serious. I appreciate their time and patience with me as they have been nothing but the greatest help with me teaching me how my first auto loan worked. As for the auto its self they were 100% honest from the start and never tried to hide anything. Zac took the time to create and send a full video walk around of the truck for me (I’m sure you can find it on youtube) .These gents were easy to deal with and they by far have the widest range of vehicles on their lot and amazing selection I’m sure once I need another truck car Atv of what ever the case I’ll be returning. Contacted their sales team to see if they were interested in purchasing a vehicle that was in their specialty. Sent my vehicle info to the sales rep, told me he would get back to me. Followed up myself to see if he had a chance to speak with sales manager. He said he would and get back to me. Waited a couple days, no follow up. Even if they were not interested, informing me would have been greatly appreciated.Maybe the buying experience is much better, but after my experience, I wouldn’t give them a chance.
