I can only say George and the rest of the people at North Sylva are a great bunch. They are very pleasant and easy to get along with . Their service was extremely fast and my parts arrive much quicker than I expected. Thanks for everything

Worst warranty experience ever!!I sent them a brand new tavor x95 that had a defective machined bracket that caused the top rail to sit higher on the right side causing all my rounds to be off centre when using iron sights. I initially asked them to just send me the part but they refused saying they needed to do the work... thats fair as its a warranty issue. I send them the firearm with specific instructions of what needs to be replaced and part number. They have my firearm for months then I get it back with the part not replaced and a target sheet with some bullet holes suggesting its hitting centre now. Upon further investigation I discover that instead of replacing the defective part the gunsmith just bent the front sight over and called it a day.DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS!I will be reaching out to IWI and drawing their attention to my case and suggesting they have a look at the consistent reviews of unsatisfied customers to confirm that I am not some crazy Karen.

I e-mailed IWI to inquire what thread was on my Tavor x95 9mm barrel. They said because I'm in Canada to contact North Sylva as they change the barrel from 16 to 18.6" to make it non-restricted so only they would know what the thread is. Tons of e-mails

Held my handgun for a month just so I can get a gunsmith's report saying the original part is on back order with our vendor

Brand new gun came missing screw, said they don't do howa warranty even though it was on an oryx chassis. Not even deserving of 1 star.

Google won't allow negative star reviews, one is the lowest I'm allowed to give. This has been the WORST experience I've ever had. I purchased a firearm from Firearm Outlet of Canada. When I picked it up I didn't know the firearm was ALREADY damaged. When I got it home I found a broken bolt used to hold the red dot adapter plate. Firearm Outlet was no help and directed me here. After about two months of email tag (it was like pulling teeth!) for any help I was finally allowed to send in the slide. They in turn sent it out to a gunsmith who reported that repair attempts had already been attempted. I did no such thing. Why would I? This should've been covered by warranty. Further, they said there was already a broken drill bit in the hole and again accused me. Once again, I denied it because I had not. They said they would take it further up the flagpole"

Brand new shotgun needed new firing pin assembly. Got it back working perfectly. Took about 3.5 months though, missed the entire fall/winter season

I definitely NOT recommend these guys. I had my CZTS2 ordered in August and it just got transferred only to be found that these guys have stolen two of the mags that comes along with it. I wonder if someone would read this and answer me, why?.**Do your research before you order anything**

I had purchased a new churchill 206 trap and after a couple hundred rounds the choke in it broke and damaged the barrel. A couple emails back and forth with George C and i had my shotgun shipped away to them. Within 3 week my shotgun was back to me and completed fixed! Couldn't be happier with how quickly the problem was resolved. With all the negative reviews i didn't have high hope's but now i definitely wont have concerns if i have to deal with them again in the future.
