Great place. I've had no issues. I have used GlassMasters to replace two windshields now. No upselling, and no unnecessary pushing for other products or services. The approximate time they gave was reasonable and they held to the suggested time. If you need to wait around at the shop for your window(s) to be replaced they have a nice area to sit as well. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward.

We got hammered by hail and it destroyed our windshield. Being out of province it was a pain. These guys made our lives so easy and were able to get us in right away. If I could give more stars I easily would. These guys are the best around.

Call to get a price for a window repair. Some guy answered like he just woke up. Said his computer was acting up and needed to go to another computer and put me on hold. Left me there for over 5 mins. Hung up and went somewhere else

Very professional over the phone and straight to the point when I dropped off the car to get the glass replaced. It was installed within one and a half hours. I was asked if I needed my windshield wipers replaced as well and I politely declined but when I picked the car up after servicing they told me that they wanted to throw in the wipers at no charge as a gift since the window was broken due to vandalism and theft. Even though my wipers were in good condition and I didn't need them replaced they gave me a set to take home for when I need them. I was very pleased with the service I received and would recommend them to anyone needing this service done. Well done Speedy Glass! Thanks so much.

I booked a driver's side window replacement with Speedy Glass Lethbridge after it was shattered and broken into overnight in a downtown parking lot because it was the best-priced quote. I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received here! The guy who helped me out expressed his sympathy for my situation and threw in a set (including installation) of new windshield wipers free of cost! Not only this, they did an absolute amazing job at vacuuming out the glass and even did areas that the glass did not reach. They were very thorough and my window never looked more good. Thanks for the friendly and exceptional service!
