Awful experience. I found the rental application process to be very intrusive. Especially for half of a house. There is a rental crisis for people right now, please do better!!! There is no need to ask for 3 months of bank statements, account numbers, seperation agreements or anything of that nature. Simple credit checks and verifying employment and income is all that is needed.

Debi is an awesome property manager. The house looks like it’s been taken care of , we have had no issues so far from renting with Debi. The upkeep of the house is always good . Very cleanly :) She is very easy to get along with and is very understanding when we do have an issue about something :)

Debi Conrad would make a great property manager. She has been a very good landlord to me and my family since I moved into one of her properties,it was very well done and if I needed any repairs,she told me to tell her and it would be done asap. It has been done asap anything I needed done. She has been very sympathetic and very understanding.

I'd stay far away. The landlord will not respect your reasonable enjoyment of the property and will try to get away with raising your rent past the acceptable limit.
