This is the second time my reservation was not met.A few months back, I booked online using their system a couple of days in advance and when I showed up they had other people waiting and didn’t recognize that I had made a reservation. It happens, and I found another place that day.This time, I booked an appointment the day before, got a confirmation email, show up and there’s simply nobody here! Store is closed, no call or email saying that they won’t be able to make it. Extremely disappointing.They may be great if they show up and are able to meet the reservations they meet, but I haven’t been able to have that experience.
