Very pleased with the Cooper Evolution recommendations! Dave great at adding suggestions for rims and both are perfect! Also appreciated the quick 1,000km retorque they fit me in for at no additional charge! So great to have an honest, friendly, and knowledgeable shop in town! Thank you!!

Woke up to a flat tire….spent a painful amount of time on hold with a big box auto service and CAA … my husband jacked the car, removed the wheel, took it to David and he fixed it in less than 10 minutes!! Incredibly fast, efficient and friendly service!! 5 stars all the way!!

I am very skeptical of most garages, I also have a good knowledge of vehicles in general. I was quoted a price and even though they ran into difficulty they charged me only what they quoted me. Quality service AND HONESTY is worth $100.00 per hour.

We had a suspected slow leak in the tire. We were able to get in on the Friday of a long weekend. They found a nail in the tire, fixed it, added air and checked all my other tires. This was only $20! If I had the same service at home, it would have been much more expensive.The staff was incredibly friendly and treated us very well. I would definitely recommend this auto shop to others.

Went in for a regular oil change and was asked if I wanted regular or synthetic. I said regular.Still ended up with a $110 bill…It was $65 to get my oil changed at mr lube 6 months ago.David said “oh, our regular isn’t “regular” it’s semi synthetic premium”. If that’s the case, then tell your customers that when you offer them “regular”.It’s scummy business practice.This was also after I listened to him complain about a previous customer for 10 minutes instead of filling out my invoice so I could get on with my day.Never returning here.

Auto tech n tire was awesome from the beginning. They quoted me for a CV axle replacement on my 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 via email. I booked an appointment via email and dropped the car the night before using the lock box system. I was not an easy customer to deal with because I don’t have cell reception during the day so everything was done via email. To make matters worse I forgot to leave the wheel locking lug nut in the car so I had to drop that off the next day so they could do the work. They did the work the same day that I dropped off the wheel locking lug nut and were a pleasure to deal with. David is awesome, upfront, and honest. The price was even cheaper than what they quoted me. Likewise, their parts and labour were cheaper than if I bought the part and had it shipped to myself from Rock Auto. I am very happy with their service and will be using them again. Thanks David and Auto Tech N Tire!

After inspecting the car for our concern, they noticed that some previously work done from another mechanic wasn't done properly, we brought back the car to the initial mechanic and they realized that they have installed the wrong brake pads on our car. We definitely recommended this mechanic.
