Have not had any issues here other than I am the only one that wears a mask in there despite signs being posted all over the door. It is a place to put your stuff, that there is no issue with. If you are thinking climate controlled means anything to do with humidity, you would be wrong. Seriously hoping that my records and guitar will be ok but I am being told by those in the know that they may not be. Spiders are really my only other issue here. Get webbed every time I enter my unit.
