Terrible service , poor customer service.The owner was so aggressive that I complaint about marks in my dress and it was not made properly. I was shocked as she and her employee kept talking in their language and looking at me , she said , you can see that we have just fixed the steamer, as it is my fault,I decided to take my business elsewhere,

Went there to get my white canada goose dry cleaned, im supposed to pick it up after a week, but a week became 2 weeks, came to pick it up after 2 weeks only to be disappointed, its not clean at all, its still the same as when i left it 2 weeks ago, I was already in my car ready to leave when i noticed the stains, cause I didnt pay attention when the owner handed it to me, went back to the shop and let them know that its still dirty, owner said to leave it and theyll see what they can do, after 2 weeks again"

The best dry cleaning and alteration services. I got my Indian dress and a fancy evening gown dry cleaned from them. I was little worried about my dress as it was expensive and had beads all over but was really happy to see it clean as new and undamaged. I got my blazers' altered too and was happy with their work. The owner is a delightful person and the seamstress seems to be good at her work. I would recommend their services highly.

I went to this store and was impressed with the quality of service and professionalism of the owner.There was a stain on my Coat and I was worried because it is my favorite coat. The lady was very helpful and she explained the process and assured me that they will try their best to remove the stain.Guess, what they have removed the stain and the coat just looks like a new one again. The delivery of the product was on time and they did not even charge extra for the stain removal.
