Chad...David and Jon were very professional and knowledgeable in fixing the issues in my crawl space. Waterproofed, new sump pump system and dehumidifier all completed in a timely manner and I am now prepared for the spring melt of our record snowfall. Thanks to a great team.

We had IntelliBraces installed in our basement. Jacob (crew lead) was communicating with us before, during and after the work. He was thorough, professional and kept us informed about what work was being done. He and his crew were polite and respectful and left the work area clean when they were done. We couldn’t be more pleased.

They came Mon night 5pm introduced themselves-unloaded supplies/wrapped & covered our items for next day jobs… got settled so quick they did about 45% of the sledge hammering around basement outer walls. DONE! They came 7:45-8:00 am worked til 6pm! Cleaned each & every time they left. So clean & nice. Today came 8am and completely DONE at 11:00! All clean even tested drains-put water on floors to wash dirt & dust to make basement clean we are very satisfied with their job & attention to our home.

We had a great experience with everyone we had contact with, Chad did a great job explaining each step that we should do and how that broke down in cost. Brittany was great scheduling us and keeping us updated at when to expect our basement to be started. We can not say enough good things about Aaron P(foreman) and Jacob D(co-foreman), they communicated with us on each step of the process and answered each of my many questions. They were professional and very productive and accomplished our basement quickly. We are greatly appreciative of the quality of work and the knowledge that we received.

I had the pleasure of working with Gavin in Sioux Falls and let me tell you that he was amazing to work with. His prompt communication was great, and he took care of my client as she was getting ready to list her home. He didn't try to push her on doing extras to the home either which was nice. The crew the did the work were great too from ND. They did a great job of communicating on their arrival but also cleaned up their mess before leaving. Will do business again for all my clients that needs any foundation work. Thanks Gavin!!

It's been a few days since they were out and I think they did a great job! The thing I was the most grateful for was how Josh and Ken treated our dogs, they were very kind even though our pups like to bark at new people but our dogs warmed up to them by time they were done! So if you are looking into getting serviced by them definitely pick them!

Foreman Aaron P. And his crew Zach S., Isaac and Hunter did an awesome Job. They were upfront and honest about the concerns they had regarding our foundation from a precious excavation, they gave us options moving forward, walked us through every part of the process, all the while being mindful that I worked nights and slept during the day! They worked through the evening and had another crew in the area show up unexpectedly to lend a hand to finish the project. My husband and I are 100% satisfied with our basement and cannot thank you enough. Great Job

The inspector arrived on time and was both friendly and professional. He began the inspection and explained things as he went. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer questions in a way I understood. Though his company couldn't fix our problem (because I called the wrong people) he gave great recommendations on who to go to for help.
