Called regarding a cooling pad for my grand dog , chatted with Scott who suggested a cooling vest which has been an amazing option. Scott was very helpful with the fitting of it for the dood. So many patience with an overly excited doodle wanting treats!

I go out of my way to go to this Pet Planet. When adopting both my cat and my dog, Scott offered his knowledge and advice on the best food and treats to give my pets to make sure they have a nutritious diet. Scott and staff are very friendly and helpful. The store is also very well kept and has a great selection of products. I would definitely recommend new pet owners to go to this location and get advice from Scott.

Pet planet has the BEST prices when it comes to animal chews ( cannot recommend Beef cheek chews if you have a power chewer that will consume indestructable" chewing items ) I stock up on thusdays when its 15% off. Usual store charge 15-20$ for a beef cheek - they charge 8.99. Find most prices are like this."

We adopted an adult dog, and Scott (I believe one of the owners) was super helpful getting us set up with everything we needed to start and a bunch of samples of kibble to see what she liked.Every time we've been in since there's have been good sales and very friendly/helpful.

The owner is such a nice and knowledgable guy. Made sure our puppy was comfortable when having his bath and provided us with all the information we could ask for. The bath was excellent and very clean. Our guy hates baths but didn't make a fuss at all here. Definitely my #1 pet store to go to from now on.

Absolutely awesome. Our new puppy got the best treatment here; lots of new toys, food, and snacks. Scott was extremely helpful, friendly, attentive, and informative. After only a few minutes with him, I already trusted him completely. Super enthusiastic guy that clearly loves animals and is excited to help a customer with questions. I looked up a few of the things he was talking about with certain snacks and foods and they are all true (Sorry Scott, not that I doubted you!) So he is definitely giving honest advice, and had plenty of tips for training a puppy. Great visit, we'll be back for sure.
