My mother and I were here for the first time today. I relished every second of it. The women went above and above to ensure that my mother and I were satisfied with the completed work. I love my nails. They were met with such precision and care.

This place is a joke. Will not be returning ever. Went in on Monday got toes done, got home half polish is gone. Went back Monday after got them redone and later that night all the polish now stuck to my socks. She tried to tell me to wear sandals in winter so polish can dry more. My friend went the same day and same shoes worn and nothing wrong with her.This place has no customer service, nobody speaks clear English so you can understand. No refunds on basic nail polish, apparently it’s in their policy but nobody says anything! Lesson learned, never again! Hopefully they go out of business! Oh also manager of the store is also a joke, good luck to everyone else if they go

My gf and her mom loves the pedicure. They already book for next session. See you guys again soon. Stellar job ladies

I made an appointment for 6 pm to get a nail fill. I had to pick up my son by 7:30 from basketball, I figured 1.5 hours would be plenty of time. When I walked in, I waved to the ladies. About 5 minutes later one of the ladies yelled at me, asking if I had an appointment, I said I had a 6pm appointment. I then sat there for 30 minutes with no acknowledgement. It was clear that none of the appointments that were happening would be done anytime soon. It would be nice if someone would have told me that they were very behind and I may be waiting 45 minutes to get started instead of just ignoring me. Very rude and unprofessional and will never go back or recommend this place.

I came in for a basic white coffin set of acrylics. While my technician was kind, the nails were completely janked. The acrylic dip overflowed on certain nails and got underneath my nail, some nails weren’t filled all the way, others were filled over my cuticle and onto my finger, almost every nail was crooked, and the dip looked like a mountain on every nail. I had short nails at the time of my appointment, so I needed tips added on. The bottoms of the tips were not filed down and curved/looked the exact same as when they were poorly glued on. I’ve already lost one nail, and others started to lift a day after my appointment. I would be more understanding if the salon was busy, but it was not. I was rushed in under an hour and my nails showed that. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

This place just gave me the nicest pedicure of my life. The massage was fantastic, and the lady was incredibly kind. With everything included, the pedicure was a great value.

Both myself and my lady come here many times and we love it here. Staff are very accompanied and took care of us well. Will come back for more services

Nails look awful, refused to fix even though she pointed out the issues early on, rude to my daughter, very unprofessional and hung up on her dad when he called and asked to speak to owner/manager. Literally the worst nail experience she has ever had. Not worth the $ and unpleasant to deal with.

I’ve going to Binh’s in Beaumont for nearly a year. I always see Winnie or Q & they both knock it out of the park every time. Never have a nail lift, never have wonky-shaped nails, never need repairs. Great service & great work. 10/10 recommend.

Friendly staff who are welcoming, pleasant, and professional. They made my old, tired feet look refreshed and pretty.
