Reliable Parts

Terrible service! Not a good place. I went to Amre Supply and they were fantastic. Don't go to Reliable Parts.

I had the worst customer service ever here today. I showed up at 4:20 (keep in mind that they close at 5:00). I was trying to open the door, door is locked. The older woman there with short blonde hair is extremely rude to customers that were waiting outside confused on why they were closed. Shutting the doors on people’s faces mid conversation. That is ridiculous. Ended up shutting off the lights and leaving the store at 4:45 while people were waiting outside. There was another employee there screaming on the phone behind the counter. No matter how stressed you might be under work, you should never be rude and treat customers so unprofessionally. There was a customer trying to pick up a part that was already paid for, the worker denied that it was there and kicked her out of the store.

Very unprofessional service. More interested in turning the lights out and leaving at 5PM or earlier than dealing with a customer exchange/refund of a wrong part. (Their error). Pride of ownership and customer service is obviously not in their motto.

Zero communication between Saskatoon Branch and myself after the orders were placed. I ordered online and it stated there was stock of a pump I needed in Saskatoon. I waited a week, no contact from Reliable. I call customer service and they advise me that the part I ordered is being transferred from another depot. I asked the customer Rep why it was being transfered in, the Rep just said I'm not sure because they still show stock in Stoon. The Rep told me she would contact the store and have them call me. They still did not call. I called a week later yet and customer service told me parts were in. Sent my friend to pick them up and they can't find the order. I gave them the invoice number and they found it, but they were prepared to send my friend away empty handed before fully looking for the item. Reliable basically has the monopoly in my area, and I try to support local. But when you don't receive any level of service there is no reason to return.Edit: I also now notice the owners only respond to 5 star reviews. Not the way to address valid concerns.

I placed an order and it was week later and they couldn't track it. I called to cancel the order because they never knew when I was going to receive it. I have never received a refund on my $300 order that never came. I have called the store multiple times and the pathetic manager" told me "go ahead make a fraudulent claim against us cause I can't find anything...". Unreal."

Heather was super helpful in helping me find the right part. Would recommend coming here if you need a part in a hurry.Definitely pricier than online but they had the part in stock so I had it in hand when I left the store.

Well you can get some parts here however you had better have the appropriate part number cause they won’t help you find it even if you have the appliance model #……..AND ….oh my the person who answers the call centre huffs & puffs when you ask questions. I happened to mention that the cost of the grease filter was way more expensive than Amazon (cost on Amazon for 2 of the exact same product is approx $18 + tax) ….their cost is just over $32 + tax for one…..I was literally told to « buy from Amazon then »……Like I said..they have the goods, maybe, but the attitude of the personnel is terrible….

Great customer service and always able to find the parts I need. Highly recommend if you need appliance parts, these are the folks to see.

They tried their best but the parts we needed were not available from the manufacturer

I had to follow up a couple of times about my online order and it took a few months to get my part. Their price was good.
