Action Able Plumbing & Heating

Reached out to Action Able based on a recommendation from someone else. They were excellent. Jason attended our home quickly after us letting him know the issues we were dealing with. He inspected and reviewed options available to fix/replace existing hot water failures. The prices and install were fair and we absolutely would reach out to them again for future plumbing/heating work if needed. It's nice to see a small, honest family business you can trust. Thank you.

We have been having a lot of trouble with our garage heater, call late in the evening and they had someone at the house first thing the next morning. Even thought our heater was not a brand they usually work on they were able to diagnose the problem and locate the parts. Now the heater works like new. The guys were very professional and polite. There rates were very fair. Would use them again for sure.

Jason was awesome. Our A/C wasn’t cooling properly and I called him after another company wasn’t able to fit us in for another couple of days. He was able to come that same evening, diagnose the problem and returned the following morning to do the repairs. We will use this company in the future when it comes time to replace our furnace. Thank you!

We got Action Able to install our air conditioning for our house, prices were competitive and availability was 2 weeks faster than other companies. We also got action able to repair our furnace fan motor when it set on fire, they fixed it within 24 hours at a much better cost than Bruins quoted us.

Today (Christmas Day) my hot water tank stopped working. I posted on a fb group asking if anyone could help me with why it wouldn’t work. Many ppl suggested different things but Jason was amazing. He reached out to me and we messaged back and forth trying different things and then we called him. He went through some things with us and well they didn’t work. It turned out we needed a new thermocouple. Jason came on Christmas and fixed our hot water tank. He was very reasonable priced and didn’t gauge us for it being Christmas and after hours. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and quick to come and fix it. So not only is he a great knowledgeable plumber he is very reasonably priced! Thank you so much Jason for getting us hot water and not breaking the bank by not charging out rages fees for it being Christmas Day and after hours! I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND JASON FOR ANY OF YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS!

Update: Barry’s response to my review below is completely false. I was happy to pay to fix the issue (fireplace). I was not happy to pay to fix issues I didn’t have before he arrived (furnace). The fireplace issue was easily resolved by another professional. I stand by my review.I also did not appreciate him texting me after I posted this review to attack my character. VERY unprofessional.Barry is very knowledgable, however, I called him to fix an issue with my fireplace, and $820 later and two parts replaced in my furnace (which was working fine before he arrived) and my fireplace issue was not resolved. I had someone else look at the fireplace and they quickly figured out the problem that was overlooked by Barry. I gave him an opportunity to discuss the problem and his response was to become defensive and continue to point to an issue that would not solve the problem with my fireplace. I do not recommend using him.

We had an AC unit installed and a fan on our furnace fixed. Jason and Berry were very professional and friendly. They were able to install and fix our furnace within 24hrs. Honestly you can't beat their service and price. They stand behind their workmanship.

I was having issues with my furnace not working. Jason contacted me and took the time to look over everything for me and went step by step into trying to figure out what the issue was and explain to me what may have been causing it. He was very Kind, quick to response and honest... highly recommend him and will be using him in the future!

I was having furnace issues so I reached out to my FB group. I had a few recommendations, but before I could go through all of them Jason had called. He was at my house in less than an hour, diagnosed the problem and had the parts ordered that day. This wasn't an emergency call but we had to wait for the part to come in. I have been using Action Able for several years. With lots of kids I have had some strange plumbing issues! They have always been fast to respond, excellent work and problem solving, as well as affordable prices. They are friendly and provide an excellent service. I am always very happy with the work and cost of their service.
