I was very impressed with the fast and professional service I received with a fridge freezer that decided to frost up and split a seal. It was fixed- and remains fixed, but what happened was explained to me as it is a fix I can do myself in the event it happens again. Joe was our repair person- highly recommend!!

Stapha came for a refrigerator repair. He was able to get the older model fridge running, although a few days later the problem reoccured. He returned and experimented with a few other things until he got it sorted out. Stapha was pleasant, explained about the work he was doing and got the fridge running again - the second call at no additional cost. Thank you!

Joey fixed up our Maytag washing machine, explained very clearly what was going on and what needed to be done, was on time, communicative. Great experience dealing with him and will again if I need to.

These guys DO NOT assess the problem, they only fix it if you know exactly what's wrong.My dishwasher had a low water pressure" warning. I paid the repair guy $100 to tell me my dishwasher was unfixable and I should just buy a new one. Turns out the intake pipe had a clog. He never even checked it. Huge waste of money."

Joey and the folks at Advanced Home Repairs have now fixed four of my major home appliances in a short period of time. I keep calling them back because they are trustworthy, effective, prompt, and the cost is very reasonable. Joey is very skilled, knowledgeable, and personable. I was able to keep good appliances out of the landfill and get many more years out of them. If I had any appliances left to fix I’d call them again in a heartbeat and will definitely recommend them to family and friends. Your repair will be in good hands if you choose their service.

Joey called 20 minutes ahead to give us his arrival time. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to find the problem and fix our appliance quickly. He was honest and advised that he did not need to replace any parts. We were relieved to only have to pay the service fee. I would definitely use them again.

Do not use!! Paid this company for repair of our Maytag drier. Within 10 minutes of first use after repair the replaced part blew again. They had issued a 1 year warranty on the part, so I requested they come out to fix it. 3 “no shows” later, many phone calls to reschedule the “no shows”, they requested a call out fee. This call out fee to replace a warrantied part was never mentioned in the original sale, therefore I declined to pay it - especially given the poor business acumen shown to date I had little faith a technician would show for the appointment. Very disappointed in this business. I encourage others with a negative experience to also leave a review or file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately there is little recourse available to consumers when a part and service are not delivered, besides reporting the business to BBB and leaving a review on Google. Please shop around, do not use this company.Update: we had an assessment performed on our drier and discovered Advanced Home Repairs installed the incorrect thermal fuse. The business was informed of this on 24-Jan-2023 and a full refund requested.Update 2: the refund was not received, and Better Business Bureau did not receive a response from the business.
