Best place to get electronic items, shoes, groceries, utensils. When I was there, it was a huge line for billing because of some issues.

The staff in the retails store itself are always helpful, be it finding items or helping with the self-checkout process. The pick-up/delivery department however is horrible. Disorganized. Every order (up to 15 at this point) has been either late or missing items and nobody takes accountability. I have to go to corporate customer service to get anything done. I just got called today by a local employee following up on a survey I submitted and she hung up on me after I explained some of my issues.Hear no evil, see no evil, right?Update 3/1/2023: Another late delivery with items missing. And this is after they sent me a $10 coupon last time to give them another chance. I think we're done.

The store is well prepared and organized for dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. Entrance and exit to store were separated by metal dividers. The main passages in the store were made unidirectional. Customers were separated by marks on the floor for distancing during checkout. Staff members were friendly and all on the ball.

Had to return an online order. 5 people behind the counter and 1 person ahead of me being served. Took 15 minutes of waiting. One guy saw me, told me that another person would help me, then left for 5 minutes, then came back and ended up doing the return. They checked and scanned the items, gave me a hand written receipt and said the amount would be sent back to my card automatically in 5-7days... Pathetic that they don't have an integrated system! Tried to call the number to speak to a manager and it just goes to the general number.

This review is to highlight Rita, who exemplified personability, and excellent customer service. She handled my request while treating me in a way, which felt like I mattered. This despite the amount of customers, and the various levels of complexities that come with the requests; and issues arising on a daily basis. Thank you again!Part two of this review is to highlight Meher (also in customer service) who handled everything that needed to be done with both fluidity and efficiency. What a great smile and positive attitude.Kudos to both of these standout team members. Keep up the good work and show everyone how well things can be done.

I was at Walmart Suppercenter at 5400 Rue Jean-Talon O, Montreal and I had one of the worst experiences there. This employee (a bold man with glasses speaking French) was going around yelling at people to stop shopping and go towards the cash because it was 5 pm. He was very aggressive and disrespectful. Usually this comes over the intercom, but not this time. Instead this man was going around screaming at people. I'm very disappointed. Usually people are nice at this location although the store itself always needs restocking and the pricing is always inaccurate. I hope this gets addressed.

Im giving out 5 stars for Fateema working at the grocery pick up! Lovely lady, quick and efficient and also nice. Couldn’t find my tracking number but she helped me finding my order without any hassle!
