If it was possible to leave a zero or even a negative number, I would. The most disgusting filthy place ever, and the superintendent Elizabeth is the same. A very abusive woman just looking to harass the tenants. Homestead themselves are a horrible company that never responds to any queries and NEVER answers calls or emails. They overcharge for everything and look for new ways to increase costs without any form of improvements. My apartment tested positive for extreme levels of mold. Good luck to anyone renting in this building or anywhere else run by this company. Any positive reviews here MUST have been generated by Homestead themselves.

Homestead has been great for me....The staff is very friendly ( Elizabeth & Michael).They work with you to meet your needs. Apartments are all large and clean. I personally had no issues and I would absolutely recommend them to all my friends. I'm a very happy tenant...Keep up the good work!

Building Manager ( Elizabeth) verbally abuses tenants, takes along time to get repairs done, sometimes not done at all. I don't recommend anyone renting from this building, unless they want to be verbal abused and repairs not to be repaired at an acquit time frame. If there is any complaints that are given to the property manager ( Sam) about the building manager ( Elizabeth) will be ignored.
