This is our 3rd hot tub since 1997. Very good jetting and very good instruction for maintenance. Helpful salesman and good price.

When initially looking at all the different types of hotubs, it was really confusing. Julie from Jacuzzi sat us down and spent well over an hour to educate us on the types of hotubs, she went above and beyond with helping us through the entire process, building a hotub pad, electric work. We are very happy with our Jacuzzi purchase and would highly recommend them.

I have owned a hot tub for the past 9 years. I decided to look for a new tub, nothing was wrong with the one I had other than it didn't have a lounger. I looked up Jacuzzi Wellness Burlington and found the perfect fit for me, a J-355 with a lounger. I thought my old tub was well constructed !! let me tell you this J-355 is an amazing tub, well constructed and just a beautiful hot tub. My buying experience was outstanding my salesman Zach Provencal was awesome to deal with, no pressure sales, it all went so smooth, he made me feel important to Jacuzzi, took the time to explain every detail of the tubs operation and benefits .The after sale communication has been outstanding whether it be a phone call text or FaceTime Zach has been there all the way.If you're in the market for a new hot tub I strongly suggest to check out Jacuzzi Burlington and Zach. The delivery & set up crew were amazing as well. Thank you for a great buying experience

We love the jacuzzi we purchased. The quality is excellent, and the tub looks beautiful. All the people we had dealings with were professional, and extremely nice. From the salesperson, to the electricians, to the delivery people who dropped off, and installed the tub.

I would like to thank Julie of the Wellness Shop Burlington for their service and electrical contractor in the setting up of our new tub on my deck. Everything went seemless and as promised. The tub looks great with the other decor colours on our deck. New to having a hot tub but easy to operate.

Samuel was extremely kind and courteous and represented the company. Extremely professionally, he’s very good looking also extremely kind and patient and explain to me the water chemistry, and how to use every individual chemical ingredient. I purchased several things from his backyard promos, and I was happy that he came today to fix my panel. All in all, I am very happy with the service I received.

This is going to sound strange because we received a new Jacuzzi hot tub that leaked. However, the company was excellent at making things right. They responded quickly to all emails, and on the ball to remove, and replace it with the exact same tub, which is working well. If it had to happen, this company was great to deal with.

The folks are wonderful, hot tub not so much.We purchased in March. The jets are not very powerful in my optionNow our tub is leaking and it will take 3 weeks for a service man to look at it. Also note it you purchase from them and you are farther than 50 km you get to pay extra for the travel call.So not impressed with customer service after the saleS. Howard

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Had an inexperienced technician come in to winterize our hot tub and ended up with a damaged cover and jets. Once we reached out to customer service, they ensured someone would come in to service it (still under warranty). This promise was an absolute lie and seemed to be dragged on for months on months. Reached out again in April and expressed urgency. Someone came in and fixed 1 part of the problem (I still have a broken tub cover). ON TOP OF THAT, THEY CHARGED ME $400 FOR THIS SERVICE WHEN IT WAS DAMAGED BY ONE OF THEIR TECHNICIANS. NO REIMBURSEMENTS, NOTHING. THEY DON'T CARE. THE CARD THATS ON FILE WAS CHARGED. WE'VE REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY EXPRESSED NO CONCERN. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY & SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE.
