Shannon Suzukovich and Dr. Lai don't care about messing up your transfer to Burnaby Mental Health or any other centers after 2 years once your time is up with them. They faxed a 2-week prescription instead of for 3 months' worth (after they promised a 3 month refill) to the wrong pharmacy after being repeatedly told where my new pharmacy would be after my move-out date.I had to actually call the Safeway, get the actual fax number, and text it to Shannon to fax it properly to them, who never apologized for all this panic and confusion and basically ignored everything. She basically went cold shoulder and wouldn't communicate by text after relieving me from her patient list and foisting me off to Burnaby Mental Health, who also has severe communication issues with their patients (i.e. ignoring your emails and calls).I mean, who cares about them screwing up your medications, right? It's not like it's important to them or your well-being.They know they don't have to shoulder any responsibility to set your transfer to other mental health centers up for success after your 2 years with them ends.Once your 2 years is up, they don't care about getting it right and you're on your own.

Free service for a group that needs it the most, I support EPI and think it's great.

Would give this place 10,000 stars out of 5 if possible to make up for the bad reviews. They not only saved my life but have helped me succeed well beyond anything I could have hoped for. This is a world class health organization. If you want the most out of this experience, make sure a family member or loved one comes with you as they teach in EPI you are 200% more likely to succeed. Thanks for the great work.

They really care and approach you how they know how. Be transparent and they will be transparent and understand you. If you dont like something be rational and talk to. They are there to help you and keep you safe! If you are a patient I hope you do well, and fight for your health, dont be passive. It is important that you show that you are well and rational if you decide a certain thing in your life, your life isn't over. Mine isnt! If you are a parent, things are okay they are here to help ^..^

Use of antipsychotics BEYOND first Intake at the hospital is a detrimental tool promoted byearly psychosis intervention in Vancouver directly for the pharmaceutical industry to push legal mind altering drugs on Our very young vulnerable adults, when what they need is plant based nutrition, omega-3 oil's, B3, sunlight exercise to heal their brains and to steer completely clear from any and ALL prescription medications. This is how the psychiatrists and so called counsellors at EPI make their money. It is well known that the side effects of these medications (anti psychotics)is Suicide and Suicidal thoughts it's written RIGHT on the warning label!!Yet they PUSH this onto our kids. The people at this place are nothing more than Legal Drug Pushers, getting paid a pretty penny for destroying lives!Take heed, take this warning VERY seriously!I have absolutely NOTHING good to say about this place and their agenda, believe me, I know!
